Camila - a lot of people get stuck at the same weight over the weekend... I think that a lot of folk tend to eat a few more calories and maybe a bit higher sodium then.

Sorry for hijacking this thread for a moment. I won't do it again, I promise. I just noticed that it is one of the more active threads on the forum, so there is more chance of this being seen.

I'm back! I can see you're all still doing well, yey!! I have had a terrible week. I have hardly stuck to my plan, so as a result I am only 143.8 today, and yesterday I was 144.8. But I've woken up really motivated this morning. So back to normal this week! Looking forward to updating every day again ^_^

Ugh 144.6 again. It needs to start going down! Annoying cause all i ate yesterday was a bowl of muesli, some soup and brown bread toast, a bowl of salad with a little bit of grated cheese and some hula hoops. Not like i ate loads! Stupid weight

So, what do you do when the weight loss stalls or goes up a bit? Is there a magic answer? Or is it just keep going, going. Has anyone tried charting carbs or fat grams or anything like that? Or do you use portion control or calorie counting? I've just been doing calorie counting and I've only been at it two weeks. Not long enough to get frustrated since I feel like the results have been good so far.
 
I don't count calories, I don't know how to.
