Ooh, idea! Does anyone else have a picture of them at their highest weight? If we all post them, it might make us more motivated. Here's mine: . (I couldn't upload it directly cause the webpage said it was too large for some reason).

Anyway that's me when I was on holiday in November with my boyfriend. It was seeing those Wedding photos that made me motivated enough to start losing weight!

Unfortunately I gained a bit of weight in the last two years so am about 20 pounds heavier than that picture...

I was 143.6 yesterday morning and 144.8 this morning. Arghhh stop going up weight I liked having a stone lost!
 
LOL I am just the same. I like being a stone down on where I was at New Year. I know that if I lose another 2 stone I will be at a weight that I really like... Even the next stone will make a big difference...

We are a very similar distance from where we want to be. We just need to stay motivated and stay on track... Keep doing what we have been doing.

Ahh I couldn't have said any of that any better. Weird news though, I fell back to sleep for a couple of hours cause I'm not feeling amazing today, and I weighed myself and it said 143.2. WTF? o_O (Just checked again, and it definitely was 143.2.) How can I have lost a pound in about two hours, when all I did was sleep - no bowel movements or anything. Odd!

Also,
My weight is not moving either.

I need more control of my food. It is just so hard.

^^ Have you tried joining loseit.com ? That's the reason why I have managed to lose my first stone, really. I find it really helps. It's free and you can add people on it, what's not to like? Haha

We could all lose 4 pounds every night just by getting 8 hours sleep... :)

You could market it and make a fortune...

145.6. It's my anniversary weekend this weekend. It's definitely taken its toll, cooked breakfast and takeaways and restaurants.......

RIGHT. I have just made a promise to myself - I'm not going to weigh myself for a week so that I can see how big a difference I make over 7 days of just abiding by my eating rules and not following my weight. See you all in a week, hopefully I'll be back down!
