my first weight gain since i started the weigh yourself everyday club... im kind of dissapointed, but i guess i just have to keep going...
 
I tried not to get my hopes up this morning. LOL! We'll see what tomorrow brings....

It is so hard isnt it to not get oyur hopes up - I was hopin for 203 this am but got 204 still good though better than it going up

Dari - Your body is like mine - but we are at diff struggles - Im struggling to get below 200 or even get to 200 your stuggling to get below 150 our bodies arent wanting to release this weight LOL - it is such a tease to be so close
 
You're right, it is a tease. I've been doing so well this week too. Usually I go up a little on Friday and Saturday, then lose it throughout the week, plus a tad more. This time I was good and didn't gain an ounce, but still.
 
^ You're consistently going down a few ounces a day. I have no doubt that you'll be into the 140's by the end of this week :D

oh i gained a pound in 2 days :( i feel so depressed... i dont feel like exercising and i dont know whats happening :(

We all go through burn out at some point nad dont always feel like exercising - how long have you been going strong with out a break ???

I weigh myself every morning- I am addicted! I have heard that it is not the best thing to do because it can be inaccurate and discouraging (which it is) but I just can't stop! Apparently, I gained three pounds this week although I am fairly certain I have not eaten 11,000 calories. Ugh.

I have a cheap digital, is that bad?

Yes it could be the scale - I first bought a crappy cheap one and then i bought the weight watchers one adn I was amazed at its accuracey and also that it actually weighted me lighter - lol - but if you went up three lbs it could be sodium - more than likely is if you are still doing everyhitng the same - I gained 2.8 lbs this weekend and I just took it off - sodium over load and lack of water intake
