i guess it was something else not weight loss that brung me down 3 pounds in a day, but hey i still lost 1 & a half pounds in 2 days...:D

March 17 - 205.2 - so it is that time of month my friend finally decided to visit - I dont usually get effected by tom - but I cna tell im bloated - I cooudl believe how fat I was looking yesturday LOL and I havent drank much water yesturday...

I weight everyday and sometimes I would lose 2 lbs a day but now it's slowed down to about half a lb a day, but I'll still weigh everyday. It helps me see if I need to change what i'm doing or exercise a bit more.

I am 277.2lbs today.

I switched to an ALL natural diet! pure nature! And i love it. I love the tastes of the foods, It's really grown on me in the last month. Processed foods make me shiver!

Also to women! YOU SHOULD NOT DRINK ANYTHING BUT ORGANIC MILK. Normal milk has traces of BOVINE GROWTH HORMONE AND CAN INCREASE CANCER RATES 6 FOLD! Yes thats right 6 times more likely to get breast cancer if you drink normal milk. The farmers drug the cows with growth hormone and it goes into your body! MEN should also drink organic milk because it causes higher cancer rates in them also! SWITCH TO ORGANIC MILK! Or you could die. We drank normal milk for our entire lives but my mother only buys organic milk now because she realizes how bad it is.

Girls hit puberty much earlier now also. I've heard of children as young as 5 hitting puberty which is pretty pathetic! And this is likely caused by the hormones in dairy products! Eating organic cheeses may not be as bad because you don't eat such a large portion of it. Usually people drink alot of milk so it is worse for you. But Organic cheese is good also. But the milk is the most important thing. Yogurt should also be organic but the main one is the milk! Do not drink it! It's poison! They should stop putting GROWTH hormones in the cows.

Why is it when women are pregnant they are told not to take medications? Well it's because it will go into the milk and possibly harm the baby when the woman breast feeds. SO WHY WOULD YOU DRINK MILK FROM A COW THAT has ANTIBIOTICS AND GROWTH HORMONES IN IT???????????????????

See my point? Organic costs about twice as much but it's well worth it. I don't drink much milk, maybe 1 glass every 2-3 days but when I do, I want to make sure it doesn't have hormones in it. So we get ORGANIC! Organic vegetables and fruits are good also. WE ALSO EAT ORGANIC MEAT! we eat organic hamburger and chicken.

Did you know that non-organic chickens are fed feed that contains ARSENIC! Bet you didn't know that. The only chickens that are safe to eat are certified organic chickens. They contain NO arsenic. Eating organic decreases your chances of getting many diseases including cancers and Alzheimer's disease. Of course eating a non-organic chicken once in a while isn't going to kill you but arsenic isn't good for you and you can bet that if it's in the food the chicken eats, it's going to contaminate the meat. Please take my advice and switch to as much organic as you can! And eat natural foods. I'm not a health nut or a hippy either! I'm merely trying to help you because if you knew what this stuff would do to you, you wouldnt be shoving it down your pipe!

Weight fluctuation is normal. Sometimes, your body retains water (especially if you're a woman or your diet is rich in sodium).
