Looks like a GRRR day all around. lol....

arrrrrghhh, i slowed down on the exercise for the last few days and still kept within 1500 calories and eating right, and i start gaining weight, this gets me worried that when i do reach my goal weight and eventually slow right down on the exercise that i wont be able to maintain... :(

March 17 - 205.2 - so it is that time of month my friend finally decided to visit - I dont usually get effected by tom - but I cna tell im bloated - I cooudl believe how fat I was looking yesturday LOL and I havent drank much water yesturday...

& yes Cinderelly I need to shake something up all right! lol... well the stress of the day as made me up the calories for sure! I only have 91 left to eat before I exceed the daily limit & its only 4pm!

Go with it and remeber save the pent up stress and exercise it out - tha tis how I am gettin smaller - lol
