i weighed myself in the morning but couldnt post until now, today since ive been eating more calories i seem to be gaining weight, is this normal?
i had nutri grain cereal at 7:00am (skim milk), a low fat ham sandwich at 10.30am, 2 apples at 12.30pm, and some low fat chinese food that tasted very bad (chicken & vegetables & satay sauce) at around 4.00pm. and exercised for 28 mins burning 440 calories, the did some weight lifting after.

thats not to bad right? i shouldnt be gaining weight. This is really confusing trying to lose weight the healthy way i need some support :D
 
By your weight you posted today, you haven't gained yet... And yes, it is normal. Your body is trying to reajdust to more normal calories.:) Patience.

Ok I'm back around a scale again
today - 181.8 could have been worse with all the alcohol, not exercising or really counting the calories of what I was eating...but now all that is back to normal. The getaway is over.
