i seem to keep going with this thread and have lost alot of weight since it started. loseing 19lbs so far i think i`m doing great and i`m back on it after the busy christmas period.

Welcome, Lil' Dear!!

I love weighing myself everyday because it keeps me on track and if I see something that's not right then I'll catch it right away :) Just keep in mind that some days your weight might be up and it could be absolutely anything and might not mean actual weight gain :)
