well i`ve lost 10lbs so far but i`m gona try putting my weight down everyday to see how much i`m progressing. I`m just looking to lose as much as posable, while i`m enjoying doing it:sifone:.

i seem to keep going with this thread and have lost alot of weight since it started. loseing 19lbs so far i think i`m doing great and i`m back on it after the busy christmas period.

Hey Man,

You didn't mention your current foods you are taking in. Remember this fact, nutrition is 80% of what you look like. The other 20% is excercise 10% and genetics 10%. Take a real look at what you are eating, how many empty calories are you eating? Hire a dietian, or go to pyramid.gov for help if you are not sure. It all about what you eat. I KNOW, I finally lost 50 lbs over a year ago and have kept it off just by eating right,and I eat a lot of food every day, just much different food than I ate before. I feel your pain!
