288.2.... okay.. not great... but I had a really good day eating. I think I hit around 2000 cals. So...... time to keep going.
 
i seem to keep going with this thread and have lost alot of weight since it started. loseing 19lbs so far i think i`m doing great and i`m back on it after the busy christmas period.

44inch round waste at 1st stone lost.

22/12/10 15.5.1/2 (monthly weigh in -9lbs)

26/12/10 15.10.1/2 wasnt worth it (christmas day)

I totally expected this to happen. I didn't get much sleep, I am menstruating and I am constipated. Yeah, I know... too much information! Yuck! But it's true.
