Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

You guys aren't becoming obsessed with weighing yourselves are you? That happened to me when I did this. Be careful friends ^_^

well i`ve lost 10lbs so far but i`m gona try putting my weight down everyday to see how much i`m progressing. I`m just looking to lose as much as posable, while i`m enjoying doing it:sifone:.

most people here weigh therselfs everyday anyway, but yeh i`m gettin bored of wrightin down my result everyday.
 
Well I feel that the scale is a motivator for me as well as posting on this board. I haven't been doing it long though, since I am a newbie. Today I am 183.8 and I can't wait until I am out of the 180's. I'm getting excited which leads to working out even harder everyday.

I dont think im obsessed, and it seems to be working for me. Weighing in everyday keeps me motivated and accountable. I expect fluctuations here and there, but it gives me an idea of how im doing. Weighing in everyday helps me reach my goals quicker, as it spurrs me on to do more excercise each day, and to eat well. Whatever works for everyone... its everyone's own journey.

i`ve noticed i can put anywhere from 2lbs on at the weekend and this weekend i`ve only put on half a pound. i have no intention of drinking for the rest of the weekend.
