Weigh Yourself Everyday (or frequently) Club

well i`ve lost 10lbs so far but i`m gona try putting my weight down everyday to see how much i`m progressing. I`m just looking to lose as much as posable, while i`m enjoying doing it:sifone:.

a good trick i`ve been doing last couple of weeks , is when i have my bath at night i weigh myself naked and it gives me a good indication of if i`m going to lose the next day. some nights are very difficult so it really helps.

Yes I do that trick too! Another trick, if when you weigh yourself and you know you are going to be just a little over then you were the day before. Try doing some exercises before you go to bed. This keeps me from showing a gain the next day.

Hi, this will be a good place for me to start because I am supposed to weigh myself everyday and have not had the courage to do it. I weigh almost 500 lbs so I think this will help me.
