Alright, going back in the right direction again. Annoying little blip on the scales, just wish I knew why. I'm a little behind my goal right now of getting to 350 by the end of july and/or losing 3lbs per week, but I blame that on the week I wasn't counting calories and didn't lose anything. I left myself enough margin where I should still be able to get under 350 by the end of july though, if I can first get past 360 :willy_nilly:

weighing yourself every day can be disheartening because your weight fluctuates so much. But, if you are fine seeing the weight go up a bit, sometimes, then it doesn't hurt.
