Weighing in

Hi All!

Over the last 4 years or so, I put on about 60 pounds. I had always been thin but became very sedentary, quit smoking and started eating meat after years of being very athletic and living as a vegetarian. I guess the combination in my lifestyle change made the pounds just pile on. But probably the biggest factor is that back then, when I weighed 135 lbs, I used to weigh myself everyday. It was just something I did before hopping in the shower. I think that if I had continued doing that after I became less healthy, I would have halted my waistline expansion a lot of sooner.

So, since this past December, I've been working to get back to the "old" me. LOL My starting weight was 195 and today's weigh in is 155.9 lbs. I'm 6 pounds away from a healthy BMI and 20 pounds from my goal (135).I've been fitting into many of my old clothes and I boxed up all of my "big girl" clothes. I'm excited about getting these last 20 pounds off! I'm hoping to have it done by the fall. Yippy!
