Argh! I have gained and lost the same 1 1/2 pounds for 7 days. I dont get it! I have boosted my exercise and been eating carefully. My slow goal is to lose 1lb a week. I haven't even succeeded in that. I keep track on my Wii Fit and weigh first thing every morning. I really am bummed. I have lost a half inch on my waist so I dont get it. Oh well.. I can't give up but I just want to cry.

I'm doing this too. I believe in your philosophy of always knowing where I stand.

But, if at all possible I'm going to keep editing this post rather than posting new ones.

April 8 - 134.8 (after a big glass of juice. will do this first-thing from now on)

April 10 - 134.2 (meal-sized midnight snack. argh.)
