Yesterday: 190 lbs
Today: 192 lbs
What gives???? I injured my lower back early Saturday afternoon while exercising, so I haven't been able to exercise since then. I kept my eating light and healthy - around 1,200 a day (which is probably too much since I was only lying in bed those days). But to gain 6 lbs???
But I won't give up the fight!!!
