Well i'm still 3lb more than i was on Friday, regardless at the fact that ive been doing more exercise lately. I did have around 2000-2500 calories on that Friday night but i had also done 2 miles jogging/walking and my BMR is estimated at 2100. I just dont get it, been in a plateau for months and nothing is helping.

What gives???? I injured my lower back early Saturday afternoon while exercising, so I haven't been able to exercise since then. I kept my eating light and healthy - around 1,200 a day (which is probably too much since I was only lying in bed those days). But to gain 6 lbs???

But I won't give up the fight!!! :D
