When is the best time to weigh one's self.. Some tell me early morning before you do anything.. The reason i ask is because.. most days I weigh the sme as I do in the mornings.. Just curious..

I'm so anal about my weigh-ins. I only weigh myself first thing in the morning, with no heavy clothes on and right after going tinkle. :eek:

Jan.17 -213.4!!! Im not gettin excited last time I was I gained a lb back the next day..
Jan 18 -213.4 - well Im a lil surprized, managed to get by with a stay the same...

I ate an ultimate oreos ice cream sundae yesterday at 9:00 pm...went to bed with a full tummy and woke up a pound lighter today...go figure.

165 forever and today 164.

Looks like the new treadmill has broke me out the plateau.

My weight changes quite a bit throughout the day.
All those weigh ins were at 3:30-3:40pm because thats when i get in from school.
At about 10pm onwards im usually 1-2lb heavier.

EazyE, I usually weigh myself in the morning. If I weigh myself at night, then my weight is around 2 lbs heavier. Guess it's because of eating and drinking during the day.

Yesterday: 188 lbs
Today: 186 lbs (Yay! I didn't binge yesterday. About time. :rolleyes:)
