Day 1 of 5
Walked for 2 hours watching YT on treadmill.
Dinner was a little pasta with ground turkey and pasta sauce. Had a big salad of spinach, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber, feta cheese and cran-raisin with ps dressing. Hopefully that’s all I’ll eat till tomorrow.
I hope I can sleep tonight. Planning on getting ready for bed at 930 pm and hopefully I can sleep soon after like 10 pm. Did not sleep last night and I didn’t nap so I should be able to sleep. Had a glass of 2% milk with Splenda.
