Vic’s Weight Loss

Today I ate a lot. Breakfast was a breakfast burrito from Burger King. And a coffee with creamer from McDonald’s. Then lunch I had a large slice of pepperoni pizza. Then I had a chips. Then I had 2 cookies. Dinner was fish, brown rice, and chopped salad. After dinner I had 6 small Chinese dumplings. Then I just had a cheeseburger.

And I did not purge my food today.

Neways I have high cholesterol and I have to do something about it. Maybe I might eat oats for breakfast tomorrow. With some almond milk and Splenda. I did not get any medicine for it and the doctor said everything was fine.

Yeah my food choices were lousy yesterday. I am trying not to purge when I eat high calorie food so I can get motivated to eat more healthier.

Today I had a salami and cheese sandwich on wheat bread. Lunch is going to be butternut squash and fish. Dinner is going to be something healthy!!! Drinking tea today.

Weight is 145.2 lbs. might go for a walk later depending on what time I leave my mom.

Today for breakfast I had a breakfast with wheat thins, egg, cheese and capiccoli.

We r going to the farmers market just now.

Plan on having a salad for lunch and eat a healthy dinner. Don’t want to gain any more weight!!! This is my healthy BMI still.
 
So this month I will lose 5 lbs through healthy eating.

Also a goal for 10 days is not to purge. Even if I eat a large meal. And not to binge eat. Just eat at least 2 meals a day.
 
The urge to purge... I really empathize with you on that. It's so hard when that anxious feeling sets in after overeating, and I am really proud of you for overcoming it. It is awesome that you have been able to stay in your healthy BMI range during a stressful time, so definitely be proud of yourself! I hope you are going to have a really great and healthy upcoming week!!

Today I’m at 142.8 lbs. I did pretty good on my diet yesterday. Went to the lake.

Eating oatmeal for breakfast. Lunch will be a plain salad.
 
Well today I’m at 143.4 lbs.

I’m fasting today. I’m going to try to skip dinner but I’m here by my sis house watching my mom. If I can leave before dinner I will fast too.

Today I already ate a breakfast sandwich. I think I’m 144.6 lbs.
 
So my mom should be able to leave in a month. I hope so. I don’t know if she taking my brother back with her.
 
I hate arguments. Will it blow over? I hope you can get back to some kind of normality soon xo

NEways my weight is 143.2 lbs. today I had a scrambled egg for breakfast. Lunch is going to be fajitas. Going out. Dinner I have a party to go to. My sister mil.
 
Well I went to the Loon mountain in nh this weekend.

My afternoon weight is 147 lbs. Hopefully I’m less than 145 lbs tomorrow morning. But I did eat a lot this weekend.
 
This afternoon I went for a 4.3 miles around the lake.

I plan on getting up early to go to the gym. I have to give my brother his medicine. Then I have to go to my mom to help her. I spend my whole day there. I plan on going to the grocery store early to get some healthy stuff to eat for lunch. Then I plan to cut out when my sis gets back from work and go for another long hike.

I love the sound of a hike around a lake! :) I walked beside a lake too, yesterday, but it was in an urban area, with a road alongside. (and it wasn't nearly as long as 4.3 miles!)

145.0 lbs. Don’t want to get bigger! I did not get up for my exercise this morning. Fell asleep late. I plan on taking my sleeping pills tonight so I can get plenty of sleep to get up tomorrow. I made it to the store and got steel cut oatmeal for breakfast with almond milk. Lunch I got a zucchini and chicken breast. Dinner I’m not sure yet. I still plan on cutting out early and go to the gym to walk on the treadmill. Maybe lift some weights.
