Don't know what a Myotape is? Its a little clicky thingy.... with... a button? I dunno. Haha. I measure "waist" at the smallest part of my middle, right over my belly button. Not down where modern jeans go. Anyway. Yay comforting!
 
Food: Zone bar, chicken sandwich, mixed veggie bowl, greek yogurt, oatmeal cookie

Exercise: Curves circuit, three mile walk, crunches and leg lifts

Been having some dizziness issues, and browsing my food intake briefly I'm thinking its probably due to either low sodium or low sugar, both bother me. So I'm going to start upping the fruit juice a tad and taking in a couple of salty snacks here and there and see if that helps.

A model always knows where to take her measurements :p Haha. Where most people measure the "waist", we measure that only if we will be modeling jeans/pants and such and need those "lower abdominal" measurements for the clothing company (as that's where the waistband sits). Otherwise we give the true waist number if asked for our measurements.

My tummy ache is finally clearing up (woohoo) and I finally got in touch with the yoga studio down the street about starting classes there, so hopefully I can start that up next week-ish. On a down note, my cat might have ringworm, so he is a grumpy kitty. Not that this affects my weight loss at all, but grumpy kitties are not a nice thing. He glares at me intensely when he is grumpy. Poor kitty. He does not like it when I put ringworm cream on him, so I may burn a few calories chasing him around the house holding a cream bottle.

Exercise: Three mile walk, hour and a half of yoga (FINALLY! ahhhh)

Sooooo yeah, pizza, bad. :( I'll probably crank out some more exercise before bed to assuage my guilt. No way can I sleep with the feeling of grease so fresh in my stomach.

So today was all drama and chaos, so its amazing I ate at all, so lay off me! :( Yeah, a bad day. I won't even start going in to it... But I'll get back on track on Monday. I promise!

Ok, so I spent this weekend at my fiance's mom's house learning how to cook so I didn't get much of anything done by way of exercise done. The workouts resume tomorrow, and my weigh and measure will be done tomorrow as well. I promise I didn't eat too badly over the weekend, I just didn't have internet there to log it :p
 
Food: Zone bar, chicken stir fry (with peppers, water chestnuts, pineapple.... mmmmmm), half a brownie.

Exercise: Hour of yoga , hour of walking, Curves circuit, some squats and leg lifts to finish off the day

So it looks like I didn't eat much, and that's pretty much because my stomach hurt too much to really have dinner. Its been happening every few days or so since my medication dose increased. I drank some tea to try to settle it. Basically I'll feel really hungry, but as soon as I start to eat I get a little down and start to feel sick. Alas. My medication is changing again soon (this one isn't working out so well) so maybe the new one won't cause tummy aches. One can hope.
 
Didn't post yesterday! So quick catch up for yesterday:

Exercise: A four mile walk on a hilly route

And I also just realized I forgot to post my weigh and measure. Everything is the same except for my percentages, so I weigh the same but the fat percent is a little lower, the muscle percent is a little higher. Yay!

And today's entry so far:

Food: TLC Bar, macaroni with ham

Exercise: Jackie Warner video (still with 5 pound weights but I upgraded to 8 pound weights for some of the workouts that were getting easy!)

Still to come today I have the hour of walking with the dog as soon as I finish this delicious macaroni (home made by my fiance's mom while I was at her house for cooking lessons. mmmm!) and a yoga class this evening to finish off the day and stretch my sore self out.
 
Yesterday I was feeling really sick all day, today more of the same. My new dose of medication is really screwing with me, causing upset stomach, tingling in my hands and feet, dizziness, just general ickiness. So thats going to get fixed soon I hope -_- I still walked today, and I'll still try to work out as well as I can, but I'll be going a little easy until the meds get sorted out.
 
Yes, yes, I have not been journaling faithfully, I've been very sick. The meds are doing a number on me, and the tingling on my hands is so bad sometimes that I can't even grip things much less type. Ugh. But who really reads this anyway? So today I had a few hours of reprieve from the disabling nausea and managed an hour of yoga (it supposed to be good for circulation and such so I'm trying to fit in as much as I can in hope it will help with the tingling in the hands and feet, although its more of a neurological problem unfortunately), the Curves circuit, and a forty minute walk. I ate yogurt with cereal, a chicken sandwich, and a bowl of vegetables.
 
But who really reads this anyway?
