Trying to get in better shape by mid December!

Ok, my weekly Monday Measure-In as promised!

Weight: 159
Fat: 35.3%
Muscle: 26.8%

Sooo woot on losing yet more pounds! Fat down, muscle up, life is good!

Bust: 35.5in
Waist: 28.5in
Hips: 40in
Thigh: 24
Arm: 11in

So waist and hips are each down half an inch. Wooo! Everything else is the same. So that's my weekly weigh-in. Go meee!

Keep it up, you're doing great :D

Today's food: Banana, tuna sandwich, peach, and I'm going to have my bowl of veggies pretty soon.

Exercise: I got my butt kicked with a little over half an hour on a high level setting on the stair-master machine o_O Seriously. I'm amazed I was able to drive my manual transmission car home from the gym and my shirt was soaked. It buuuuurns.

It's been about 1 month...I think its time for some new full body pics for comparison. :D

Noted and taken into consideration :) It's... a special time of month... so for fear of appearing bloated I will defer said photo until next week. Fair enough?

sounds like a plan

Food: Two hard boiled eggs, a pear, chicken salad wrap, a peach, and a bowl of steamed veggies on its way. May or may not throw in a greek yogurt for dessert depending on how I feel after the veggies.

Exercise: Hour of walking, Curves circuit

EDIT: Add a 3 mile run that took a little under 40 minutes to that. My room-mate overslept and missed out on running with her usual group, so she grabbed me as her late-night running buddy. Woot for late night running. OH and it gave me a chance to wear those leggings finally. They rock actually. My knees feel great! The whole run was on hilly sidewalks and usually my knees would be killing me but they felt really supported by the leggings, and they made my lower legs feel kinda springy :D I like them.

Sooooo I cheated and weighed myself in today... 158! So I thought, how perfect would it be for the pictures to be exactly 10 pounds AND exactly (ok almost exactly) one month apart?? So let us migrate to the photo gallery, my loyal followers! *charges off into the sunset*

You probably mentioned it somewhere before, but how tall are you? I would have guessed your weight to be lower so I'm assuming you're pretty tall

That's awesome, way to go, really. This is proof that sticking to healthy eating, combined with hard work can get you anywhere you wanna be. Keep it up!!!!

5'11" haha, yeah, if I were much shorter that would be a pretty high weight, but I'm tall enough to carry it fairly well.

Food: Greek yogurt, pear, tuna sandwich, steamed snow pea/potato/red pepper medley, fat free ice cream cone

Exercise: hour of walking, ab-attack class at the gym (mostly things involving the Swiss ball, quite fun!)

Ok add to that last a mixture of Madagascar Vanilla hot chocolate and Disaronno Amaretto. That may or may not taste more like alcohol than chocolate. This will have one of two effects; add lots of calories to today's intake, or cause me to be ill and negate all calories previously taken in. That made sense right? Screw it I don't care. Calories. Neh. I'm in a bad place, allow me my calories.

Panda is in a better place today, apologies for my last post (not that anyone probably even noticed it haha) but yeah, I bounce right back, never fear...

Food today: Greek yogurt, beans and rice, a peach, pork dumplings with rice (yes yes chinese food bad, was out with friends and figured its been awhile and it couldn't hurt too bad right?)

Exercise: Stretch class at the gym, curves circuit, hour of walking.

Food: Greek yogurt, pizza (yes, yes, bad panda), and a tea/juice blend

Exercise: I spent all day cleaning the entire house and it was exhausting. I'm sure I burned something.

Food: Zone bar, greek yogurt, three egg omlette with a small handful of shredded cheddar (mmmm), a cup of Madagascar Vanilla red tea with soy milk.

Exercise: None really, I had a headache and a tummy ache today so I took it easy, slept in, pretty much took a break. I have a real butt-kicker lined up for tomorrow though - wish me luck with that! :D

Checking in early, yes, I'll edit in the rest of the day I promise. But so far:

Food: Zone bar, half a greek yogurt (my dog in fact stole the other half... he looooves yogurt. Hates peanut butter though.), tuna sandwich.

Exercise: Half hour of intense elliptical cardio, one hour group class at the gym (ab, thigh/butt, and triceps focus using weights, swiss balls, etc. kicks my butt nicely.)

I'll probably throw in a Curves circuit before the day is done (C'mon, pizza AND chinese food over the weekend? You didn't really think I'd let myself slide after that...). Also I do remember its Monday and my weigh and measure is due, when I'm upstairs I'll throw that on here as well later today. :D

EDIT: Well I did throw the circuit in just now to top off the exercise for the day, and now I am totally drained and it feels great. Now cool off, shower, relax, steam up my veggies, and relax and watch NCIS! That show is addictive...
