You seem to be making great progress as it is; why do you think you need to juice up now?

Not judging, just wondering

Didnt know you were actually starting to juice SM, will be interesting to see how you change. Im sooo tempted to start juicing, reason being, everybody i know who train are also juicing.

Its impossible to keep up with them.

just turned 18 a couple days ago...i am fine with the consequences of what they may possible do to me. i am starting because i cant seem to get any bigger. I am putting in allot of effort and i just have reached close to my limit naturally i think.

You're no where near your natty limit.. You're trying to believe that to make yourself feel better about turning to synthetic muscle so quickly.

How long have you been training? A year? You are deluding yourself, as mreik says. Anyone who even uses the word "natty" ought to know that he needs to be at least 10 years old in terms of training age to even be near his "genetic limit".

If you're not making progress, it's because you're doing it wrong. Which is not to say that you're not making good progress - I think you're probably deluded about that, too. If you want to take the drugs, take the drugs, but don't try to claim it's because you've reached your limit and not because you're lazy. That's ridiculous.

Also, happy birthday.

Happy birthday, SM! :beerchug:

BigTom, I agree with you. The gains of people on juice are impossible to compete with. I never took them, and that's probably one reason (amongst many!) why I didn't make the Oly team in track.

SM, your body is still growing until you're about 25. You're nowhere near your potential yet. You're too young to know what your physiological potential is.

I'm not you, but I'd want to give myself a chance to see what I'm really made of before taking anabolics. I'd get a greater sense of self-satisfaction, too.

I actually cant believe you said you think youve reached your natural limit!!!!! That is literally crazy talk man LOL.

Your quite lean aren't you? Exactly what Phate said, eat more. Why not experiment with a few supplements also.

He's done that already.

I agree with the others, you're not at your natural limit. You can't seem to get bigger, why? Are you gaining weight? If not, then eat more, if you're gaining weight but none of it is muscle, then your training or diet composition is off. You don't reach your natural limit after just one to a few years of training.

Supplements are a load of crap aimed at taking your money

SM, I'm not going to give you a hard time over your choice; it's your body after all. But I do think that if your progress has stalled then there's probably a reason for that which can be resolved naturally.

Which ever way you choose to go, good luck, and if you do start using then make sure you educate yourself as much as you can

I dont think supplements are a load of crap. Then again i cant prove that. But im confident they are not :)

Maybe the sh1t brands are crap.

depents what supplements.. I don't think creatine, basic protein, etc, is crap. But a lot of the fancy **** is just to get money.

I got an article with my creatine i just bought actually, and its advertising this new pro-hormone, which is with out side effects.

Claims that it can put on 10-12 lbs of lean muscle on a 30 day cycle (providing you eat and train right).

Probably BS, but how do you know?
