Been sticking with my routine and going back onto creatine this week so i will see how the shotgun method and creatine work together. Oh and i got drunk and got punched in the face like 5 times by a group of guys i don't even know :D my face hurts and its hard to eat :D **** like this is motivation :p

Off to do my lower split with Sprint cardio (on upright bike) in-between sets, check back later!...........Keep on ROCKEN!

Fella from school i never liked who thinks hes mad was trying to fight me even tho i would kill him and i pushed him over with ease lol and his mates bum rushed me...:yelrotflmao: This guy is the biggest tool i have ever met seriously.

nah but my gums are all black and purple :p it kinda feels good :D like sore muscles after a workout. What doesent kill you only makes you stronger ;) The mates of his don't even go to school and are like 19-20.
 
wensday is a day off from the shotgun method but i am going to make this my abb day just for the fun of it and because abs are easy and hardly take any energy out of me :)
 
did bench, rows and squats today. I also pulled my lower back a little last time i did dead lifts and also pulled a muscle in my forearm from doing declined dumbbell extensions. Going to do lighter weight on those muscle groups till they heal.
 
Me after 5 days of using Cell tech hardcore. i have gone up about 5 lbs and this is just me. I am not pumped up or anything or just come back from a work out.

Did 8 sets of 6 pull ups 8 sets of 6 military press and 8 sets of 6 deadlifts today. Just sticking with the shotgun method. I also have finally reached the 80kg mark but this is from the help of cycling back onto the creatine. I have now gained 22kg or 48.5 pounds since i started. Going to take some pics at the gym tomoz since there is good lighting there and i can get some one els to take it :)

Had a deep tissue therapy massage today :p My dad payed for it so yeah it was sweet. He thought i should get one and i also have physiotherapy on thursday to see how flexible i am.

your arms are still sick! you need to get wider and develop the rest of your body more though. Your arms are natrually pretty big it seems, and you don't want to suffer from being out of proportion :p

I think the photos show massive progress from when you started here; the only thing I would suggest is working on your spinal erectors a bit more, your lower back looks a lot weaker than your upper back

Yeah i don't really have the wide look karky :( And funny that you say my lower back looks bad because thats the strongest part of my body :confused: Once i get the mass i will work on getting good delts and lats. Once there is definition and size there it will make me look wider.

I can really tell how much my tris have developed. Before i started training i did not even know that the muscles behind the arm existed. I had stick arms with no fat and no muscle :D
