I am moving today so this is my last day to post for a while. Gonna miss my gym up here and the awesome fruit n veggie market below :( be back soon i hope :)
 
Ok moved house and still have a bit of setting up to do...in the time i have been away from a gym for like 2 weeks(This is totally stressing me out) I met up with a mate and we went to a gym far from where i live. so i payed like ten dollars for a entrance:mad: did some chest and tri **** with him. Any way where i live i am going to school and doing year 11...the only gym in the entire town is in the ****ing school gym! its kinda ****y to but i will list what they have

pull ups/dips
two bench presses
two lat pulldown machines
Not weighted rows but the rows that are like a cardio
a squat and deadlift rack
some really ****y dumb bell selections that go up to 15kg and then you have to use the ones where you gotta manually change the weight on there yourself
and some like standard curl bars
they have some cardio stuff but i dont really give a fark about that
no leg equipment other then leg curls...i have squats tho...but squats can only do so much

The weights they have are all rusty and totally of random size :mad: they dont have a bench seat that goes incline enough for me to do shoulder presses and the not having seated rows is gonna piss me off. no cable cross over machine ither does any one know of anything i can do to replace cable cross overs which i do after flat barbell bench and db bench?

I am going to use the lat pulldown bars for tri pushdowns...no rope so i gonna have to use the bar :( altho i am thinking about trying to put a rope on it.

i have reached the 75 kg mark so that is now 17 kg in about ten months. Wasent sure when i really started but it was in april some time and it hardly was a serious thing back then.

Any way i am on my dads limited dial up lol...be back tomoz to see if any one has replied.

So its been about 2 weeks since my new school and i am going tuesday and thursday at lunches and in the morning before schools on monday wensday friday to the gym. i am pretty much the only person serious about weight training but there is two fellas in year 12 that go on teusday and thursday and all they do is curls and bench and the first thing they asked when i wasent doing ither of those two exercises was.....how come you dont train your arms and your chest...lol so i can only work out from monday to friday and have the weekend of to heal. One mad thing is they have a awsome sound system in there and i can crank whateva i want most the time :) i do the same workout routine i made up a while back cept i changed some stuff like seated rows to bent over rows because they dont have a rowing machine. one thing i need is some thing els to work my legs because all i can do there is sqauts and leg curls :(
 
you can do reverse lunges for example, those are great, there are a lot of leg exercises you can do with only a BB and DBs.
 
Gonna do my first chest and tri workout on the 20 dollar set up i bought :) i prefer to work out at school in the mornings before school starts because its all there and i don't have to spend ages swapping stuff around. Its the long weekend and the teacher that i go with is working at the blues fest for 5 days so no access to the gym :mad:
 
Totally forgot about my journal :11doh: so yeah i been just going with the flow at the moment and senior school is pretty hard now that you gotta actually do everything lol. I don't have as much time or motivation to do everything perfect and often feel like i could of done better in my workouts. I am getting in my workouts tho and the main thing that is lacking would be my diet. I am living in a flat under the house with no stove so i cant really cook my own meals as often as id like :( but other then that all is well and i hope to get back into full swing as soon as i can.
 
hehe yeah to tell the truth i have been like in a video game trance for the past while :p getting out of it though. Any way i am off to do do my shoulders.
 
Thinking about finally doing a cut :confused: I dont know my fat % though so i am gonna see if they have a pair of the fat calipers or whatever there called at school. I guess you could say i have been bulking the last year and couple months. I can put pictures up if any one would like to see if they think i should cut or not?
 
You don't have nearly enough mass to think about cutting.

Your goal is to one day enter a bb'ing competition isn't it?

Then you need to put on another 30-40lbs of mass before you even think about cutting.

eat more.
 
you're not scrawny or skinny, you look good, still got good definition. Continue the bulking, no need to cut yet!
 
Going to give the shotgun method from T-NATION a go. Hope it works :confused: Not looking forward to 8 sets of deadlifts for 4-6 reps :(

:drooling1::drooling1::drooling1: I havent punished my self that bad in a long time! I could only do 6 sets of deadlifts 4-6 reps and the pullups and military presses i did 8 sets. That was insane!
 
Been sticking with my routine and going back onto creatine this week so i will see how the shotgun method and creatine work together. Oh and i got drunk and got punched in the face like 5 times by a group of guys i don't even know :D my face hurts and its hard to eat :D **** like this is motivation :p
 
Haha did you smack them back? I lost a tooth in the same way they all still there?
