Today trained on my own :( Felt a bit weak today also, havnt really ate as much as usual! and tired from the weekend!

First time ever doing decline, its much easier actually, i was just tired n weak tho..

Since i changed my stance last week, as i naturally used a very wide stance and now i do it a shoulder with apart (much easier iv found out). So now the squatting numbers will fly up!
I could of done more with the 220lbs but i wanted to keep form in check!

Seated Leg Raises

1x12 (8th) - had help with last four reps, it killed me!

Laid down Leg curls

Seated Leg Press (was tired to get max effort)

These make me feel dizzy as f*ck!

I dont really record weight with these, i dont see the point. Maybe i should tho?

Finished off with 3 mins on running machine, Gradient 4 @ 5mph.

Im just glad iv found an easier way to squat! :D
 
great work finding your groove in the squat and :O that was a huge amount of work for chest/tris! when do you deadlift? i believe its mainly a hip movement for the hammies so i would put it on leg day!
 
Cheers for the input PB. Well i put DL's on a back day reasons being:

-This means i work my legs twice weekly :)
-I wouldnt be able to get max effort out if i DL and Squatted on the same day!

its a guy in a forklift lifting another guy in a forklift with his forklift, higher so that the second guy can give a pallet to those guys up on top.

Last nights session, i was so tired.. I ate really **** through the day!
I trained with this other partner i know, i just let him lead :)

Session Included: Mainly Shoulders/abs

I was so weak n tired, i wasnt focused so im not gonna put it down.
My shoulders are aching today tho so i gave them a good session.

Also a funny thing happened, whilst on the 45 deg decline situp bench, i ripped my pants, and these two nice girls on the running machines behind me were laughing :)

I loved it :D:D:D:D:D

Well that was my workout overall, short n sweet. Didnt do DL's last week, will hit them hard this week tho...

I can really see improvement in my pulling! Which im happy about :D:D:D:D:D

Today was a good session, but i was kind of weak, i lost so much energy after the first exercise that i couldnt lift as much as usual :(

Getting much better at DB pressing, i do use a spotter tho, i needed it for the 66lbs, i do a lot of negatives.

I even needed to be spotted to reach 10 on the last 2 sets, thats how energyless i was! Its ok tho, it did push me, i am weak on incline press anyway.

Yea im going to cut carbs very soon, im probably getting between 300-400g a day at the moment. I wanna go down to around 200 max. Im also always looking to up my protein intake, which im successfully doing lately :D

Yeah I've been doing a little better on my protein intake lately as well. I try to limit carb intake as much as I can. Although I love me a baked potato.
 
Iv only been eating plenty of carbs to put weight on whilst bulking, plus they are good for energy! On my nest bulk ill eat even more carbs which i have been doing! :D:D:D
