Right going to the gym in about half hour. Shoulders/Tri's and im going to add some Flat bench pressing in i think. :)

As you know, im not the best presser, but these felt really good. Im just working myself up! I even had to do a poor attempt of a power clean to get it up there :D

Nah it wasnt that bad, but i really wouldnt mind being taught the proper way to power clean!

Ok that was ****, but i was ****ed from the 2 previous exercises. So i had to use 132lbs, which was tough enough lol.

Tell you the truth iv never been so bad on these, my arms must of been warn out!

This was excluding the weight of the frame which is unknown, im guessing around 44lbs? Also the weight is no problem, its my grip. My hands are sore from the DL's so i couldnt use much mroe weight.

Overall i enjoyed the workout :)

I asked if Jason at the gym had any gloves in stock, he hasnt so hes ordered me some. :D

Also i bought a 500g tub of glutamine. Really good quality stuff. So 20g a day of that will go down nicely ;) Lets see if i notice any improvements with it.

Also later on today im going to buy a new protein supplement, im looking for at least 40g per serving.

Well, i feel like sh1t today...

Ended up going to the pub till half 4 in the morning :D We had a 'lock in' as we call it. We all stayed up to watch the boxing ;)

I promised i wasnt going to drink or go out, but i cant stay in on my own on a weekend! Its sooo depressing!

First of all, i really wanted to do front squats today, but totally forgot!

Second of all, there were 2 ****ing gorgeous girls at the gym today, and one of them was next to me on the running machine, she had well nice tits. Then when im walking down the road after the gym, they pulled out in their car and turned and smiled at me, sh1t i cant wait to see them again. :):):)

Now that would be an achievement. Iv yet to f**k 2 girls at once. Cant wait for that day :D

So while waiting you're exposing your ***** to continuous nuclear radiation? Cuz that's the only thing that can make you capable of achieving that feat..

LOL can't say I've done that one. Back in my single days if I was on the prowl for some tail I'd roll solo. Best way to do it.

Being honest, wasnt happy. Sh1t workout. Im sick of being weak on my pushing movements. I wouldnt say im the worst flat DB presser. But everything else, im veryyy bad. But F**k it, ima just work harder!
