This is the story on how Tom became a BIG F@CK with his friend the DUCK:


The DUCK PLUCK from CHUCK:


Waddling like a DUCK, Tom F@CKS everything like water from a fire TRUCK.

This means big BUCKS, small DUCKS, and his favorite doll CHUCK.

One day, Tom lost his LUCK and got STUCK in CHUCK--man..did..this..SUCK.

Along came his favorite DUCK, who stretched Tom's d@ck when the DUCK PLUCKED Tom from CHUCK.

Boy, what a streak of LUCK, with the DUCK PLUCK from CHUCK.

The DUCK was no SCHMUCK.

The DUCK PLUCK from CHUCK transformed Tom's d@ck longer than a ladder on a fire TRUCK

And, now Tom never gets STUCK.

This is how Tom became BIG-F@CK.........


BUT! BigTom gets none........!!!!

Now, the BUCK and DUCK do CHUCK because Tom is too much of a big f@ck

Yesterday i had my back/bi workout. Was in a really depressed mood for some reason. It really affected my workout in a negative way.

Its my job thats getting me down, i really want a new career.

Session Included: Back/Biceps

Deadlifts
1x15 (132lbs warmup)
1x10 (220lbs)
1x4 (264lbs) stopped - back hurting

Very guttered, but my lower back was in a lot of pain so i stopped straight away. Its been hurting the last week or so. Im blaming my squats...ill discuss further down.

Pullups (neutral Grip)
1x7
1x6
1x6

I think i got 3 out myself at the most, then all the rest with a spotter using slow negatives. Think i am getting better at them tho :)

Seated Cable Rows
1x10 (154lbs)
1x10 (154lbs)
1x6 (176lbs) DS 1x8 (110lbs)

My sh1t mood was showing, i just wasnt focused and was quite a way weaker by this point.

Single arm BOR's - Cable's
3x10 (will mention weights next time, i got heavier each set tho)

First time doing these, loved them, i could really get a good range of motion using the lats and felt good. These are the reason my lats are sore today!

Upright BB Row
WTF happened here i dont know. I attempted them, and my joints around my shoulders were really hurting?

Never has it done that with these, man i was so ANGRY! I had just about gave up lol.

Machine Curls
4xfailure (44lbs)

DB Curls
3x failure (22lbs)

**** i was weak towards the end, my mind just didnt want to train. I was just not in a good mood all yesterday. So ended up getting drunk last night, which is not the best way to get out of it!

And about my lower back...Its really hurting on certain lifts now. I know iv hurt it doing squats, i really think i need a form check. I wonder if im rounding my lower back when i go below parallel? Could that be the answer?
