That was a great loss last week!!!! You are going to get out of those 200's sooner that you know it. Doesn't it feel good approaching your 18th birthday knowing that you've lost weight and you are making all these healthy choices for yourself? Very proud of you!!!!

Strange... I'm pretty sure I already posted in here this morning... o_O'

Breakfast:

1 cup of special K
1/2 cup of milk
1 pc of toast

exercise:

Still pending today, might go biking later or play tennis. Or just keep today as a break. I haven't had one in a while.

Looks like its going to rain anyway...
 
Just browsing your diary. Congratulations on the weeks loss. You'll definitely be under 200lb for your birthday. Just reading all your activities makes me tired:)
 
Aww thank you! I sure hope I am under 200lbs for my birthday.

Anyway, today is going to be an easy day for me.
I might go biking later when it cools off, but so far I've only done an hour walk.

so I suppose its not really a day off, just an easier one.

exercise:

Oh... and Liz says to call her at 9pm tonight to see if she's doing anything. If she's not, I'll go biking along while she rollerblades. I have to wait until the weird blood-blister thing goes away on the inside of my foot. Its there because of the weird plastic thing on my old rollerblades. Hopefully my parents will give me some money to buy a new pair for my birthday.

Ah today its rainy... so i didn't get my morning bike ride in... though I will do a bunch of walking around today I don't know how well I'll do in the food department tonight at the BBQ.

So i've decided to have a light breakfast and then this afternoon when I go to Liz's house, I'll save all the calories for then.

Breakfast:

1 cup of cherries
1 raisin teabiscuit
 
Do you have any team name ideas? In the thread that posted the groups we've already come up with a couple if you want to go and look. :)
 
I sent you a messate but I will post here also... We started a new thread called "Team D!!" in the same place where the weight loss challenge is so that it will be easier to keep track of each other!!

Today I feel unmotivated. Blah.
So I'll eat healthy today, but maybe not opt for any exercise. I might go play tennis though, so it's not too bad.

I think I'll just make the excuse that I'm saving it up for tomorrow and on for the two week challenge. :p :D
 
haha... why so unmotivated? it is rainly and humid where I am so I have decided not to exercise outside today. rainy days make me unmotivated. playing tennis is good though!! we are going to kick butt on this challenge!
 
Of course we are! I'm usually very active. Its just been rainy and stuff here, but tomorrow I plan on getting back into my early morning bike rides and swimming, tennis, rollerblading.

Seriously, this challenge will be a ... piece of cake. Minus the calories.
 
Sadly my plans with Michael are falling through, poor guys sick, so it looks like I'm on my own for awhile.

Exercise:

Still pending, I just woke up. Though I will be going biking soon, then maybe playing Tennis with Liz, then swimming with Andrew. Today will be a good day, and even if it rains... I'll run on the tread to compensate for the outdoor activities.
 
Today wasn't nearly as great as I thought it would. I was good with eating today and all, but I only got to go walking and biking.

Tomorrow I plan on doing way more though, for sure! Why? Because I'm in the challenge and I'm all pumped! ;)

Also... yesterday I got my first comment from my friends mom. She hadn't seen me in a month and a bit and she walked by me and then did a double take and asked if I was losing weight because I looked way different. :D Weeeee! - supperhappycatmode- =^_^=

Food:

Toasted bagel with chedder slices

Mashed potatoes
Corn
tomatoes
Chicken

Exercise:

1 hour of biking
45 minutes of walking

Tomorrow I'm going to do way better, even if I have to do it alone. I think I'll go rollerblading/walking in the early morning because no one will be out and because I have no problem biking during the day when rollerblading is evil. Then swimming for a bit and some serious crunches and push-ups.

I'm going biking with Ben very soon, not sure how I'm doing with other stuff today. It depends because its my mom's 60th birthday today.
 
Wow I've been MIA for a little while. :eek:

Been doing really well, lots of biking/swimming/walking

TODAY-

Food:

Breakfast- Bagel w/ butter and cheddar slices, Water

Lunch- V8, pretzels

Supper- Salad, toasted english muffin, garden veggie drink

Snack- This depends on whether I get hungry in a little bit. If I do, I'll probably have some grapes or something.

Tomorrow I'm going to get up and either go biking or rollerblading down to the park, get in an early morning swim, then come back home. If I'm lucky someone will call me and ask me to do something with them, and if they do, I'll say yes.

In other news: The day after tomorrow is my birthday, I'll be 18.
