The times are changing: S3tsuna's diary

ok so the last two days were good in exercise and food, today I thought I would take a break from the exercise, but it looks like I'm at it again. :p

Breakfast:

1 cup of special K
1/2 cup of milk
1 toasted english muffin

Snack: grapes

Exercise:

Well I'm going to be going to the beach with a friend so there will be swimming and frisbee. Then I'll be rollerblading home. Sound good to you? Plus I found a workout in a magazine that I thought I would try, it helps build stamina and whatnot. So I figure, why not?

Lunch- Sushi & a V8

Exercise:

1/2 hour swimming
45 minutes rollerblading
1/2 hour walking ( or more)

Was a pretty good day, Hopefully tomorrow will be alright as well.
 
I believe that today is your birthday so.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY! :D If it is not your birthday pretend I wrote it on the corrct day!;)
