Ah terrible discovery this morning! The route I take, with the speed I go on my bike. I've only been doing about 15-20mins at a time. Found that out because I went around twice and that was the half an hour. Geeze... I guess I got better with my speed.
I think I'm going to step up the exercise now. Every morning at 5:30am ( because its beautiful and cool then) I will do the full 1/2 hour of biking. Then in the afternoon, I'll do something mildly active. Like dance to some music in my room ( good suggestion Mal ) , Go swimming with friends, or something along those lines. Then in the evening go for a a 1/2 hour walk.
Plus my stretching and push-ups/sit-ups, that should be really good. I feel so motivated lately. Everyone who's not feeling it right now, talk to me... I'm bursting with it!
Breakfast:
1 bowl of Special K
1/2 cup of milk
Now I'm drinking some water and going to have a V8 soon. I think around 9, I'll have some green tea. Yum!

Goals for today:
- DO NOT SKIP EVENING WALK!
- Also, this time... if someone calls this afternoon to go do something. I will not say no, if the request involves some activity.
- Drink 60 OZ of water
- Make sure to tell Dad to buy more fruit!!
