The times are changing: S3tsuna's diary

Ah looks like I've had my first slip up. Today was a not so good day, so I wont bore you with the details. Though tomorrow will be much better for sure.^^
 
Alright so today wasn't too bad at all. In accordance to food it went something like this:

water
cheeseburger and fries ( couldn't help myself ;) )
Diet coke
Salad
Cherries
Green tea
banana

However, I'm more pleased with the day I've been having. I went out and got my hair trimmed and purple streaks put into it, and it looks quite nice really.^^

Tomorrow morning, I'm going for a run or biking, I haven't decided yet.

Alright, so My motivation has been restored. Back to cutting bad things out of my diet and being active.

Also since I am lactose intolerant, I went to the store today and bought myself So Good, which I love because I want to start eating breakfast ( which is why I also bought myself a box of special K).

Though now I'm trying to think of something I could get that is good for snacking but not bad for the diet.

On to today:

Well I woke up seriously late, so far I've only had breakfast:

1 cup of Special K with..
1/2 cup of so good

Now I'm drinking some green tea, and then after I'm either going to go biking or just run on the treadmill. ^^
 
Alright so here is the rest of todays food log:

Banana

Salad
2 cups of V8 Juice
Bowl of cherries

Hopefully tomorrow I'll wake up at a decent time and be able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, with two snacks instead of just what I had today. ^^
 
Ah the munchies! death to them! :(

Luckily I silenced them with two rice cakes and a cup of So good.

Today started off really well, woke up feeling not so bad after a night of terrible sleep. No one was up so I helped myself to some breakfast in peace and managed to abolish:

1 cup of special K
1/2 cup of so good
2 hashbrowns

Definetly weighed myself this morning and I've lost a nice 6 lbs, so I only have 11 lbs to go for my first goal to be done.^^ Now I'm off to the dentist. :D

Lunch:

salad w croutons
2 cups of V8 juice


Exercise:
25 crunches before and after run
25 sit-ups before and after run
1/2 hour run
 
addition exercise: Went out for a walk with a friend for about 1/2 hour

Supper:
1 sm. serving of roast beef
1 1/2 small potatoes
2 pickles

Drinking lots of water today. ^_^
 
Six pounds is AWESOME!!!! Congratulations!!! See, your perserverance is paying off and you are well on your way to your first goal weight. You will totally get there. You've been making smart food choices, drinking your water, exercising. It's all so worth it. You just keep on going!!!!!

Thanks! lol something funny: I read my horoscope in the newspaper early this morning and it told me to exercise for the next month because even the tiniest effort I make will totally pay off with great results.

See... even the stars are on my side ;)

Breakfast: 1 cup special K
1/2 cup of So good
1 pc of toast


Now... since I woke up incredibly late today... I had breakfast and supper. Though later I'm going to a poker party with some friends and my friend has made healthy snacks... veggie trays and such. So I'll be good.^^

Supper:
1 sm serving of roast beef
1 potato
2 pickles

For my water, about... 40 OZ so far
and 312 ml of V8 juice.


Tomorrow I shall exercise. Although I do have to bike to my friends, so I suppose that sort of counts as well for today.^^

Totally did really bad on the whole weightloss process last night. Sooo... luckily its already tomorrow and I'm ready to move one!

So hopefully I'll make it up in the morning to go for a run, have a good breakfast... do some homework.... fix my bike... then go biking in the evening!

I'll just eat fruits and veggies to the max today to help flush out the badstuff. badstuff = Bad (obvious)

:D ( ah well, you have to give me credit on still being able to smile and keep trying!)
