The Time Has Come............an appropriate title.
Shall this time remain consistent?
In Malkore's world, like the average person, we have choices. Nothing out of the ordinary nor special here.
Lock a person in a room without elective choices, where they receive nothing but the dietary contents and equipment needed for their goal, and what outcome related to this goal do you get?
Self evident isn't it?
The problem is that we are locked in a imaginary room filled with choices, and sometimes one imprisons and enslaves themselves to the context of these choices, and think being locked in a prison without conflicting choices are worse.
We are in a prison either way. You change the way you look at things, and the things you look at will change. Imprison your mind, and you imprison yourself.
There are always ways to schedule time for your fitness activities. You are going to be "required" to convince yourself you can make time to do this, or you are done, stick a fork in it. Its over. You are in charge of the outcome. No question about it. No one will care "enough" more than you when you want something.
You are the "ultimate adapting master" of changing circumstances within your lifestyle, to fit in what is important to you, Malkore. You have to be. Do you have a choice?
I like my professional position within my job, but there are times I certainly do not feel like going sometimes. But, I do, cause I have monetary needs and my family depends on me. We take our bodies for granted, but it is the only one that sees us though or fails us in the forthcoming years. WE only have one. Why do we not give the same responsibility to our health and fitness, as we do our own employment and other enjoyment?
A man must be big enough to admit his mistakes, smart enough to profit from them, and strong enough to correct them; why wait until the body screams at you and its too late?
Mal......work a schedule in, with what you have going on. You are half-a$$ing this thing.
Best wishes for your continued success,
Chillen
