The time has come

Been a while. I'm still getting into the gym, and lately I've been working on improving my jogging distance, and time for a mile to be run.
Also I have been taking ving tsun kung fu for a month now, and its a pretty interesting workout, and mindset.

I got some crappy news at work (didn't get a promotion, didn't even get a second interview for it), but I'm not letting it get me too down. Thankfully kung fu meets tonight and I can vent some of this aggression.
 
Haven't seen you here in ages. I still hang around and lurk, though :p Are you gonna be updating this regularly?
 
Bah, the journal isn't important for me...I have other tracking mechanisms at home for that. I just wanted to give people, especially the new people, some ideas.

That said, its snowing and -4F with the windchill today. I'm glad the gym is really close to home, but I wanted to get some kung fu in today and I doubt I'll be able to meet up with my friend for that. And my wife isn't a big fan of martial arts training, but maybe I can get her to throw some punches at me :)
 
OMG, did drop sets yesterday for upper body, and its been a while since i shook things up like that.

sweet jebus my boobs hurt today! lol
