I'm VERY happy to see you got in a long walk -espcially after that burger missey!! DOn't make us crack the whip on you! ;) But still no pizza later hehe!
 
As much as I would love to have the pizza, I won't do it. I do carry a skate bag, so maybe I can take a snack with me. Just have no idea what that would be. I know when you have a party there, you can't bring anything except the cake, cupcakes or ice cream, so rule probably applies to skate nights too. I will have to think about what I can do and try to sneak something small in..:D
 
I didn't have any pizza but ended up taking it home, so now it's sitting in the fridge and looking pretty good I must add. Ended up drinking bottle of water and diet coke. Took a protein bar just in case I got hungry, but I didn't. Skated about 45 minutes or so. Sat out couple of games. Just wasn't in the mood to play them. Greene on the other hand won the splits game and his prize was a small slushie.
 
Didn't do so hot food wise yesterday. Too much pb and bread. Hopefully today will be better. Speaking of today, Ash has today off since they are going on a field trip tomorrow. She was just a little burger yesterday. Today better be better or I'm not going to have any hair left.

Fat - 29%, Carbs - 53%, Protein - 19%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - pb, bread, milk
Meal 3 - jr hamburger
Meal 4 - pb, bread
Meal 5 - broccoli/mac cheese, milk
 
Did better yesterday...:D Today is the and lunch at Fazoli's. I've got my menu all planned out and also have my back up plan. Hopefully I won't get hungry while we're on the field trip. Don't know if I can sneak anything in with me...:confused:

Fat - 22%, Carbs - 49%, Protein - 29%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - broccoli/mac cheese, koolaid
Meal 3 - popcorn, koolaid
Meal 4 - broccoli/mac cheese, milk
Meal 5 - steak, cottage cheese
 
I made grape koolaid but I like cherry better. I honestly will drink any flavor of it though. I buy Ash those little juice drinks, lil rainbow drinks. They are good juicies, but I don't drink them very often. They are mainly for her to drink along with the koolaid.
 
Bad news is yesterday was a high fat day...:( Good news is I stuck to my guns at lunch and only had what I planned out for. Supper was Wendy's because I had a screaming headache and Greene took Ash to the park to skate. I was going to have a protein bar and some milk but he called and wanted to know what I wanted from Wendy's. I ended up eating a salad w/no dressing or croutons because by that time the fat % was already sky high. So honestly I don't know if yesterday was a bad or good day...:confused:

Fat - 37%, Carbs - 38%, Protein - 25%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - fazoli's ceasar side salad w/dressing (no croutons), fazoli's grilled chicken panini, diet coke
Meal 3 - wendy's chicken blt salad w/no dressing or croutons, milk
 
Food wasn't the greatest again. Need to get my butt out of a stooper and get it together. One of the things that hurts is that I couldn't go out and walk yesterday...:( I'm not using that as a crutch by any means to eat whatever.

Sunday wasn't the greatest day but it's getting better. Today is do over day and so far it's been good, except for the cheat of a bologna sandwich on wheat bread. Not going to have a chance to go out walking but doing alot of exercise hanging/taking down laundry and all the jazz. This is the first time I sat down for an hr, so maybe there's some hope yet for working off the sandwich. Should have just thrown it way but didn't.
 
Yesterday ended on a good note. No more cheating after the sandwich...:D Going to try to go see M&D landlord. She has a project for her and I, so no walking today but it's skating night, but if for some chance she's not home...my god I'm gonna get my feet on the pavement and enjoy the sunshine.

When you post meals here, is it a recap of the day before, or what you plan to have that day?

The spaghetti recipe looks interesting - did you drain the cans?
 
Recap from the night before. As for the spaghetti, I drained the mushrooms but not the diced tomatos. I should've drained the turkey but the recipe called for the turkey, onions and green pepper to be cooked together.
 
*WARNING LONG POST*

Sunday was just one of those days that Greene wouldn't let me down about my exercising. It started Saturday night when he preceeded to tell my mom that he doesn't believe that I walk or skate during the day, meaning if he doesn't see me do it, he doesn't believe I do it. He actually went so far Sunday and look at my skates to see if I skated on them, WTF!!! He didn't see anything so he doesn't believe me. I haven't been skating because I've been walk uptown and back. Hell if he wants to ask people if I've done it, all he has to do is go to one particular store and they will tell him that I've been walking. When/if I walk on Tuesday's, I try to skate about 45 min-hr then spend the last hr or so just playing few games or watching everybody else skate, so when we went skating last Tuesday, he actually had the nerve to tell me after I told him that I walked for an hr earlier in the day that this is skate night. OMG, I was so fuming. Why in the hell does it matter that I walked for an hr during the day and then skate at night? Skate night is getting old for me. It's getting to the point it's not fun for me anymore. I feel leftout at times because I'm not into skates like he is. He lives, eats and breaths skates. From the time he gets home from work to the time he goes to bed he's constantly on Ebay looking for this and that. He's constantly on skating forums and email people back and forth about this and that. Anyway the point I'm trying to make is that everytime he gets on me about this and that I sabatoge my eating by eating junk, which is what I was doing Sunday. He makes me feel so small I think what's the point of me doing this (i.e. watching what I eat)...:confused:

To be honest, I never wanted to lose weight in the first place because he has issues with his first wife losing weight and leaving him. I knew if I started watching my weight I would cause a snowball effect and it has. Couple times he's said you're gonna leave me because you're losing weight....:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: OMG WTF, if I could see the steam coming out of my ears, let me tell you it would be. I swear my head will explode if he says that one more time, but of course the same night or the next one he'll be all loving and tell me what a good job I'm doing, yada yada yada blah blah blah.
