Sorry the scale was unkind, I agree with the others, my weight can due that especially if I have too much salt. Keep up the great work.

I'll get the weight back off. Waiting paitencly until Saturday for weigh-in day. I'm not expecting anything big, just the 2 pounds that I magically gained to go bye bye, but there is always next week.

Today was the student teacher's last day. Shouldn't turned down the cookie, but I didn't. At supper I sneaked 2 fried potatos, but on the upside, if there is one, I had couple carrots w/light ranch dressing. Also I skipped the floured/fried beef steak and gravy. I made a beef steak for me and only had one biscuit.
 
Last night ended up on a bad note but I'll get it together. Spose to be partly cloudy today so I'm still planning to mow (I'll be so upset if I don't..I've been talking about it for about 3 days...but welcome to spring and I can get some stuff done around the house) and help the M&D landlord sell something on Ebay. Also need to pick up some glass for Greene's mom (Memaw Delores as we call her). It'll save her a trip coming back into town.

Fat - 32%, Carbs - 42%, Protein - 26%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - broccoli/sausage simmer, milk
Meal 3 - pb, bread
Meal 4 - beef steak, biscuit, tea

Gained .2 pounds. Better than 2 pounds.

Yesterday I got my mowing done, but I pushed myself too much and my knees are killing me, but not as bad as yesterday when I got home. Better take it easy this weekend.

Meal 3 - pb, bread
Meal 4 - taco salad, tea

Sorry your knees are bothering you. We can start an infirmary...you with your knees, Tom with his leg/foot issues and me and my head. :p Anyone else care to join?? LOL
 
They were better yesterday and much better today. I just over did it and pushed myself way way way to much. Next time I won't do as much.
 
Didn't keep track with fitday today so it's back to the grind this week. Defintely more walking since it's spose to be nice, but not 3.5 hrs of mowing. Need to get caught up on Ash's laundry and mail her dad some more summer clothes for her half-sister.

Went to the high school musical this afternoon. They did Hello Dolly and Kegan was doing the lights and sound. The kids did a really good job and some of them are graduating, so we'll see how next year will go.

Came home and boxed up some coats, cleaned out the corner and Greene put up some shelves for all of our skating gear. The computer room is looking like a room again, slowly but surely.

I did give into my sweet craving and had the protein bar. Really shouldn't have had it but I did anyway.
 
I used today as my cheat. That's why I'm buckling down this week. I realized that while I was eating pb that I shouldn't be eating this and hoping that I'm not falling back into my "eating because I'm bored or because it was there" mode, but in all honesty, I don't think that'll happen.
 
Went for about an hr walk...:D It's so beautiful out. The place where I was going to get my water wasn't open (keep weird hrs) so went two doors down to a little restaurant and got it there. Woohoo it was free...:D Jeez little things in life that excite me...:rolleyes: Talked to a few people while I was out.
 
...and even clothing sizes are all screwed up these days - I can be an 8 in this brand, and a 12 in another ya know! Its about how you feel, and what you see.

I read that certain designers are assigning their sizes smaller numbers because women are SO preoccupied with size. I'm with you in that I try not to pay attention to the numbers but how I 'feel' in the outfit. Although I will admit I like when I put on the smaller size number even if the larger is the same size LOL. Go figure!

I don't know what I did or how I did it, but it's been long time since I've seen my percentages this low. Will have to try to remember what I did.

Tonight is skating night, so the plan is to cook something this afternoon for me and try not to chow down at the rink or make the rink my last meal. If I do that, I'm going to have one piece of pizza and bottle of water.

I will admit and I did post it on fitday that I had a Wendy's Jr Hamburger. Ash didn't eat it so I caved. Now I really need to exercise today to work it off. Think I better skip the pizza tonight at the rink. Maybe I'll get lucky and the rain will pass us by so I can go for a walk.
