I mainly drink them when I want something but I don't know what it is. In one of my earlier posts, I said I drink them so I wouldn't eat the easter chocolate...:D
 
The soup wasn't made today. It will be made next week. I left before the kids got popcorn so I wouldn't tempt myself. I know there is food here at home that I could eat (though the popcorn sounds sooo good).
 
Sher - looks like you are really getting things under control. :) GREAT JOB! I commend you for making yourself a separate meal. Not sure how you do it. By the time I get the rest of the family's done, I don't even want to think of making another meal, or even when I'm making theirs....just thinking of what to make for them is hard enough. LOL
 
I guess they are making the soup Monday and I won't be there for it...:( Oh well..such is life. Can't win them all.

Lost another 2 pounds or close to it which means I lost all the weight I gained back...:D

Last night I ended up having 2 rolls and a glass of milk though I didn't put it in fitday. I had a sweet craving so I thought what I had would have been better than what I could have had. I also had 6 bites of pizza and 3 onion rings during the day yesterday, so fitday will be wrong, but gotta account for everything I eat.

Fat - 19%, Carbs - 54%, Protein - 27%

Yesterday for breakfast I had peanut butter toast, one slice had raisins and one slice had bananas, snack was cottage cheese w/fruit, don't remember lunch (think it was kidney bean sandwich), snack was 3 doughnuts, supper was general tso's chicken/2 eggrolls.

So far so good today but we'll see how it goes. Weekends are hard for me but I can get back in gear Monday.
 
Last night we had a cookout and invited the two neighbor kids over. We roasted hotdogs, chips, little juices and marshmellows. I had hotdog w/bun, chips, tea. After it was all said and done, I ended up having 5 marshmellows and more chips. Sometime Saturday I also had celery w/pb but I don't remember when.

Meal 1 - oatmeal, milk, coffee
Meal 2 - kidney bean sandwich, banana
Meal 3 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 4 - pb, bread
Meal 5 - hotdog w/bread, chips, marshmellows, tea
 
Went out for lunch before I dropped Ash off at school and spilled my diet pop all over me...:mad: I was calm and cool about it but ended up only eating half of my salad, so I better get my butt in gear or today isn't going to look good food wise. On the upside, I went for a 45 min walk around town again. The way the weather is going, today is going to be the only day until Friday that I can get a walk in. Stopped into one shop that I haven't been in for awhile just to look around. Of course saw couple things for Ash but didn't bring any money with me, plus it stops me from buying any ice cream along the way but need to bring some money with me so I can buy a water if I need one...:eek:
 
Patch Update

Since I forgot to post it Saturday I started my Step 2 patches. I have 6 more to go then I go to Step 3 for 2 weeks then I'm done. I don't know what week last week was. I've lost count, but I can see the light, little dim yet...:D
