The Tattooed Lady

Nope, but it does sound good that way...:D

While I was wondering around town yesterday looking for some cereal for Ash, I went to one of the stores that we shop at, which sells dented, smooshed up boxes and cans for cheap prices and came across the perfect find...12 oz Smucker's Natrual Creamy Peanut Butter No Salt Added...:D Best yet..it was only $1.00...:D :D

Not going to keep fitday because family is coming in tonight (M&D is coming in tomorrow) and I think we might go out and eat. I have a feeling that we might go to a buffet, but not sure. Maybe I'll get lucky and Wendy's or some place like that. If we do that, then I'll keep fitday, if not I'll keep track Sunday.

M&D came down today along with the St.Louis bunch. Was good at supper..only 2 pieces of pizza and the recommended amount of pringles. I was going to get a salad and pasta but didn't have the money for it..:( Tomorrow is breakfast at M&D apt. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, toast, coffee, milk, juice, the whole 9. I'm planning to be good and not go overboard. I will still weigh in tomorrow since I was good this week, except for tonight. Hopefully I've lost some weight that I gained back. My mom's cousin (my second cousin) complimented me on how good I look and she can tell a difference since the last time I saw her at my cousin's wedding in D.C. She just can't get over how much I've changed.

Went shopping uptown yesterday and bought a really cute shirt...size XL..:D Woohoo..I can fit into that size again. Got another size 14 pants. Ripped the butt out of one again. I so hate this. I hope I'm done doing that. Gets expensive to keep buying pants. Went to walmart for some shopping and went to see a eagle's nest. They are so huge...:D Supper was a buffet. It was soo good. Didn't go completely overboard. Yea..go me.

Today for breakfast was the same. Greene and Kegan joined us since the family was leaving today go back to St.Louis and M&D leaving and going home. Today is back to normal, but haven't been hungry since breakfast, so it's do over Monday. M&D is planning to stay home for two weeks, but Ash has some days off from school first and second week of May, so they'll probably come back then, so I'll focus on my food while they are at home.

This stupid weather has given me a cold... :( I've been living on sudafed and sleeping when I get a chance.

Speaking of weather, school was cancelled due to ice today.

I see you are still at it, keep up the great work. I am trying to find more recipes for variety, still using the czar. Thanks again for the good tip.

No problem woman. Feel free to look thru my cookbooks and see if anything strikes your fancy. Search the members for tattooedlady. That's my name on there.

Really not much of an appetite today. Not sure if it's because of the sudafed or all that I ate over the weekend. I did manage to eat lunch, but need to get my fat % down. Have alot of room to play so we'll see what I come up with.

Feeling little better today and maybe I'll get my appetite back. Gonna try to get out and either walk or skate around the park. Weather here is 71 and partly cloudy. I did manage to get my fat percentage down yesterday. Only have one more of the instant drinks left then I don't know when we'll get anymore. I buy them for Greene but I end up drinking them instead.

Today is the first day of 2 weeks being on Step 2 of the patches. Step 1 was 4 weeks. Step 3 is 2 weeks then I'm off of them. I hope I can do it this time. Just need to set my mind to it.

After I drop Ash off at school, I'm going to walk around town and maybe I'll be feeling better enough to go skating tonight.

I'll try but it's easier said than done at times. My dad quit after 4 days in I.C.U. He smoked for 30 yrs. He also quit many many years ago but not sure why he started up again. He tells everybody that when he goes to a restaurant he asks for non-smoking but he really doesn't mind to sit in smoking but he still wants one now and then. He doesn't mind people smoking around him, but I never wanted to. When he first quit, he liked the smell of them and I think he still does. I'm the same way, but I can't stand the days and days old ashtray smell. Doesn't bother me to go into a house of a smoker, but who knows, that might change.

I'm so worn out..I could fall over and Greene wants to go skating tonight... I walked an hr outside around town and back, bagged some empty cans and pulled up 8 lumber ties around the sidewalk so he can burn them on the fire. I believe I've got my workout for the day...:D

Almost an hr on skates at the rink. If I'm not sore tomorrow, I'll be so amazed. As soon as I hit the pillow, I'll be out like a baby. We will see how the weather is tomorrow. If it's decent, I'm gonna try to mow over at M&D after my grocery shopping or might hold off until Friday for the mowing. Hopefully my eating will be better for the rest of the week. I'm so under on calories, it's not funny, but just coming out of having a cold does play into it.

Just as I imagined, my legs and calfs hurt, mainly my calfs. I don't think I overdid it. I just haven't done that amount of stuff in one day for a long long time. Think I might take the day off and worry about the rest of the house than trying to do whole lot, but in the back of my mind, I still want to take a walk today (at least that), if it doesn't rain. Haven't seen the forecast, so I will check the weather later.

Got my grocery shopping done. Back on track with the food, well close as I can be. I still have to buy the yummy, bad for me food for Greene and Ash and it looks so damn good...:D I just cook something different for me after their supper is cooked and we're all good to go.

That's a big change to undertake - cooking something healthy for yourself AFTER cooking a meal for everyone else. Good on ya for that.

Sometimes I cook their supper and mine is already made from the night before or earlier in the day. Last night I made homemade pizza for them and I had broccoli/mac n cheese. I will admit I did take one bite of Greene's pizza and couple bites of the crust. It was a toss up, I like them both but mac and cheese will always win in my book.

Little high on carbs, but it's all good. Today started off really well...back to my oatmeal so we'll see how the rest of the day goes. The instant drinks are gone..:D :( Can't live on them, but we don't get them all the time either. Just when the store has them and you never know when that is going to be.

Today is my day to work at school and they are making "stone soup" based off the story. I remember the story but never had the soup before. It has corn, green beans, peas, onion, potato, celery, carrots, and tomato juice in it. Sounds really healthy, but I'm planning to eat before I leave for school. More mac n cheese for me please...:D

Meal 1 - carnation drink
Meal 2 - oatmeal, milk
Meal 3 - cottage cheese w/fruit
Meal 4 - yogurt
Meal 5 - broccoli/mac n cheese
