The Tattooed Lady

Breakfast was cereal, bagel w/cream cheese, coffee, milk. Finished up the stepping stones and did some running.

Lunch was subway healthy fit meal w/baked lays and diet coke. No cheese and mayo on my sandwich. The bread was honey oat.

Supper was bbq porkchop, corn on the cob, cheese potato and onion dish, broccoli mac and cheese. Little overboard with carbs but it was....mmmmmm.

Cheddar Potatoes & Onions Recipe | Recipezaar

Have no idea what's going on tomorrow. Maybe I'll get up early and go out for breakfast with my uncle and dad, but we'll see. Not weighing in because there's no point. Will weigh in next week.

Today is 3 weeks with no smoke. Getting easier and easier each day.

Breakfast was a ham and cheese omlette, toast, 2 cups of coffee. Worked a yard sale all day with M&D landlord. I had 3 pops and an apple w/pb. Didn't have time to get anything. Wasn't going to turn down free food...:D

Ash caught 4 fish yesterday. She was so happy. She didn't know what to think about the first fish getting so close to her but now she's a pro...:D

Breakfast was with my dad and uncle. My uncle has boycotted McD's so we went to a little greasy spoon and had real food. Food they cook after you order and not made with a machine. I had 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy, fried taters w/onions, 3 cups of coffee and a slice of pecan pie. MMMMMM...it was so good.

M&D went home today but they will be back Friday since it's a holiday. I impressed them with my zaar recipes sooo much that dad wants me to cook again. I've got 4 days to come up with a menu....

Skated up in the garage for little bit. Tried Greene's skates with rocker wheels and no break.... It's different but fun. Skated between cones, but defintely need more practice.

Well it's do over Monday and that's what I'm doing. Lunch ended up being little high in fat, but I can get that down.

The house is completely trashed because I haven't been home for a week. I loved my vacation, but it's back to reality now. I've got way tooo much stuff to catch up on...:(

I need to get a menu together for the holiday weekend. Gotta cruise the zaar sometime this week.

Think I did pretty good since I was coming off of vacation...:D I also forgot to mention that Sunday I brought home fudge from my fav store, but I didn't touch any....:D I know it's not a whole lot, but it's good for me. Last night I thought we were going to go to the park for some skating, so I had a protein bar and I thought that wasn't going to be enough to hold me over, so I had another one, but it turned out to be too rich (double chocolate), so I only ate half. Greene and Ash decided to go outside and skate and not go to the park, so basically I had a snack when I didn't need one...

2 hrs of skating at the rink last night. Only took about 15 min break give or take, so I got a workout. My feet doesn't hurt, which I'm surprised. More surprised about my legs not hurting....:D

Supper turned out to be ok. The sausage patties had no taste to them. When the neighbor gave them to me, I thought they were already seasoned, but guess not. Her mother-in-law to it to a place that cuts up your animal for you into meat (guessing a butcher....). I told myself no gravy, but I ended up using some just to give it some flavor. I'll have to add it to fitday before I post my percentages.

One of the mom's called last night wanting to know if I had any vinegar for the eggs today for the easter party (going to try to be good, but can't guarantee it) at school. I took some over to her and had 4 mini peanut butter cups. I'm not going to have any fudge this weekend, so gotta get the candy in now...:D

Why is there always junk food at parties? As you guessed it, I caved, but I did have something healthy to balance it out, well kindof. 4 cookies, ice cream cone muffin and rabbit food (combo of lettuce, celery, carrots). I loved the rabbit food idea. It's so cute and defintely a holiday treat.

You know I put on one of my garage sale finds and it fits.....:D It's a XL AEROPOSTALE HOODIE....:D :D :D I never imagined I would ever fit into anything aeropostale. I guess there is hope for me yet.

I also went to get another pair of pants and shorts and they are still size 14, though little tight...:D

Guess I should stop complaining about what I eat because I know I'm on the right track. I sat and reread what I said and I sound like the person that the other women put in her diary about the person she knows that complains about her weight but doesn't do anything about it. I don't want to be that person.

Not including what I had at the party, I guess today went ok. Thanks Tom for kicking my a@@ in gear...:D

Supper passed with flying colors. Now we'll see how well lunch does tomorrow.

Went skating for 1hr - 1 hr 15 mins at the rink. Must work off the junk food I ate, well at least the ice cream and pizza...:D

Your last report had you at 176.2 two weeks ago. But considering you're also trying to quit smoking that's probably not surprising. Just keep on boiling chicken :)

Oh I'll keep on keeping on with the chicken. Next week for sure being back to normal since M&D aren't coming down thru the week. They are coming back down next weekend but it will be on Saturday like normal, so I'm slowing getting back into my routine again.

Forget how easy it is to put on weight and how hard it is to take and keep it off, even though it doesn't happen over night. Since it was 176.2 two weeks ago, then I've gained (give or take) 2 lbs last week and 2 lbs this week. It's also turned colder again, which gives us less time outside, but it's spose to warm up last of the week or so, which means hopefully I can get out again. That always seems to help, even if it's just to walk around the park.

Saturday's lunch was a hit....:D Supper was clams, broasted potatos, cottage cheese.

Today's breakfast was the same but had glass of milk and one cup of coffee. Saw mom and dad off and had get together with my aunt. Had ham, noodles, mashed potatos, corn, and chocolate mousse layer cake dessert with 2 glasses of tea.

Spent little over an hr in the garage practicing some moves (so to speak) on the skates. Slalom, t-stopping and backwards skating. My legs is feeling it now and I'm sure they'll be sore in the morning.

On the right track again to losing the weight I gained. M&D will be here this weekend, but not going to cheat like I did the past two weeks. I'll just go back to my routine like I did before, eating salads if I go out to eat and find something to cook of the zaar.

2 hrs at the rink but this time one of the other girls from school and her parents were there, so I didn't skate really hard. I just hung out with her mom and skated. There was times I took off on my own and skated but didn't skate fast enough to play tag with everybody...:D

Up in the garage trying my new skates which need work on. I put my other skates on and did some backward skating. Wasn't out there that long. Other news, did pretty good w/food, but little low on protein.

Fat - 32%, Carbs - 47%, Protein - 21%

Meal 1 - oatmeal, coffee, milk
Meal 2 - salad, diet pop
Meal 3 - carnation drink
Meal 4 - tuna casserole, tea

Made the tuna casserole last night for supper but it was rather soupy (not watery). I didn't have enough tuna that it called for, so only used 3 oz.

Cruized the zaar and found some recipes for sandwiches. Can't wait to try them out. Majority of them are pb and banana that I had found just in variety ways of making them. Long live Elvis!!
