Today is the first day of getting back on track. Talk about a complete shock when I got up and weighed myself. I know I ate alot this weekend, but I didn't think I would have gained that much weight, but we all know that the scales are evil, but honestly it doesn't surprise me. It's a part of life, you don't eat good, you gain weight, you eat clean and exercise, you lose weight.

I'm not bummed about it, ok just little bit, but not enough to ruin my day. Just have to get off my butt and work it off.
