Yep..they are good for that. I love my parents..I just need to keep eating clean when they are here, but I haven't learned that yet.
 
Today is the first day of getting back on track. Talk about a complete shock when I got up and weighed myself. I know I ate alot this weekend, but I didn't think I would have gained that much weight, but we all know that the scales are evil, but honestly it doesn't surprise me. It's a part of life, you don't eat good, you gain weight, you eat clean and exercise, you lose weight.

Weight - 186

I'm not bummed about it, ok just little bit, but not enough to ruin my day. Just have to get off my butt and work it off.
 
I wish there was a way to get the weight on the machine to be just right. It's either too light or too heavy. I tried the start light and go up from there....:eek: Nope, that didn't work. Only ended up doing 2 reps of each. I need to rethink this weight and see what I can come up with. Maybe do one week of light and then go up on the weight on that next week.

Don't get discouraged - I'd wait til at least tomorrow (after one day of having a clean diet) before weighing again. It seems like for me, the first 48 hours after eating badly my weight is up, but then it returns to normal (or thereabouts) again. Still, today's a new day - make the good choices starting now.

Also consider where you are in your cycle, could some be water weight? Do you measure body fat percentage? I believe that more than a scale. Either way you already told me tomorrow is another day, just pick up where you left off. Hnag in there!

I still haven't started yet, but not worried about it. Mine we're never regular and I just got off depo year ago. I was starting to get regular, but didn't have one last month. Greene is fixed and I haven't been w/anybody. I'm patiencely waiting, but hoping in the back of my mind that it won't come back.
 
Oh my plan is to stay going forward, but we know that things come up, but anyway that's the plan. I love my cheat days, I just had too many at one time.
 
I had hummus for the first time. MMM Good. I had the spicy three pepper. It was good w/the homemade chips I made earlier today.

Food:

Preworkout - 2 scoops whey(130), .5 cup milk(60) = 190

Postwork - 3 eggs(225), 1/3 cup cheese(110) = 335

Lunch - 1/3 tuna(240), 1/2 whole wheat pita(100), 1oz pita chips(130), cheese stick(110) = 580

Supper - 4oz chicken(125), cup vegetables(50), .5 cottage cheese(90) = 265

Snack - 10 chips(110), 2tbsp hummus(50) = 160

Total = 1530

Need to get used to the taste of the whey powder. I was used to the soy.

I only have one question tho. How come you don't have any carbs post workout? actually, you are VERY low carb. Do you do better that way?
 
Yah Hummus!!!!

Glad you joined the club. I loooooove hummus and there are so many different kinds (more/less olive oil, more /less spicy). It really helps me get my raw veggie intake up, sometimes raw red bell pepper or baby carrots are just perfect, and it can at times satisfy the "rich" craving. I find the more authentic (Middle Eastern/ Greek vs. Trader Joe's) the better. :D :D :D Have fun!
