My back feels soo much better, after another 4 iburproffen and Greene put muscle rub on.

Weight - 181..holding steady, but that's ok. Not expecting to see major changes right away.

I did my toning tape. That really made me feel the muscles being worked, but unfortunately I could feel it in my back, so I hope I don't hurt today again. I guess I'm not holding my form right. I really need to work on that before I really hurt myself.:(
 
Yeah you don't want to screw with your back muscles (or any muscles for that matter). Just take it slowly and do what you can. I've heard somewhere that tomorrow's another day.

Again, you smart a**. That saying is very true. I must admit, the saying has came in handy once or twice in each other's diary's. So glad I started saying that.
 
Keep up th egreat work She, looks like you are doing really well. Hope your back is better. Don't push it too hard though. I find that toning helps with my back pain, especially crunch situps.Take care of yourself.

Cheap $1 tape by Jenny Craig. It's "Total Body Toning". I know it's not the greatest tape..but for a beginner, I like it. I'll eventually work up to better ones.

I bought it at Dollar General. My other tape is Jenny Craig too. It's a low-impact aerobics. That's the one I did last week. I broke a sweat at both of them, espically today when when we were working on the abs.

I'm working up to Gilad, unless I can find some of his tapes at decent prices. I would like to have more than 2. Looks like I'm cruisin the internet. I liked this . I might look harder at it later.
 
Ok, I went over on calories, but that's ok. I'm still shooting for 1500, but there are days I'll be over. I think I should have laid off some at supper and put more in somewhere else. Maybe tomorrow won't be my day for my cheat meal, but I did promise Ash that we would have a picnic in the park. I was planning to have a salad from fastfood, so maybe it'll be ok. Supper was little high, but that just means I'll have to work it off tomorrow. My back is still little sore, but I don't think I can afford to take tomorrow off for my weights. I'll have to see how I feel tomorrow morning, unfortunately Greene won't be here to put the muscle rub on my back, unless I get him to do it before he goes to work or tonight before bed.
 
Got my muscle rub on my back tonight, so I should be good to go in the morning for my workout. :D

Food (I defintely could have done better)

Preworkout - oatmeal(120), milk(120) = 240

Postwork - 3 eggs(225), 1/3 c cheese(110) = 335

Lunch - 2oz ww spaghetti(200), cup sauce(90), 2oz chicken(63) = 353

Snack - 10 pita chips(110), 2 tbsp hummus(50), cheese stick(70) = 230

Supper - 1 porkchop(172), 1 corn cob(100), cup brown rice(320), 2 tbsp butter(60) = 652

Snack - cup grapes = 60

Total = 1870:eek:

Too much at dinner? Now that I look at it, maybe it was. I'll see how bad I did tomorrow morning when I weigh myself.
 
I'm surprised it's not more. Maybe I'll get my cheat meal after all. I think I've hit my plateu, but that's ok. I'll just go with the flow.

Greene said my weight didn't plateu. His suggestion is either less calories or more exercise, but he did say that I can keep going this way and have it come of slow. ARGH! I've been close to 1500 calories every night, except last night. I really don't want to go to 1200, because I think that's too low, but maybe it's not. I don't know.

Exercise wise, I know I need to do more, not just those 2 tapes and the weights. Today I'm planning to go to the park w/Ash, so I'm sure I'll get some good exercise there.

ARGH, ARGH, ARGH

Sorry..had to get it off my chest.
 
I'll see how bad I did tomorrow morning when I weigh myself.

A) The statement above is not possible.

B) I'll help measure this weekend which is a much better indicator than the scale alone.

C) As soon as I can afford it I will get us a scale that tracks BF% for quick reference.
