I had a blonde moment
I thought I was doing 32 pounds on my Lat Pull Down, but actually it was 27. OMG, I can't read the numbers. The back problem I'm having is actually between my shoulder blades (like when I'm raising my arms to hang or take down laundry). You know where I'm talking about, so I'm kindof glad I used the lower amount of weight.
