Thanks woman. It does happen to the best of us. Found out last night that mom and dad are not coming down this weekend, but still have to be good. Gained couple pounds, but that's ok. Just pick myself up and try it again.

I went and did all my errands this morning. I had to go to the bank and deposit money for Greene, cable office for turning cable back on which I got nowhere because he has to do it and put my name on the account, go pay the tab on the protein bars and buy some more stuff, which I sat and waited for them to open, but they didn't open on time, so I was gonna go to DG to get couple cards, which I didn't get a chance to do that because I spied my grandfather at Arby's, which I didn't eat anything, just two cups of coffee, and then back to the store to pay the tab and buy some more stuff, and then went to the other store to buy dog food, since the 1st store was out of it. I just got home and sat down to write this.

*Whew, need a breather!*
 
I know but I was trying not to cheat because of the weekend, but those plans have changed. I'll still stick with yesterday as my cheat dessert. Last night I ended up having corn of the cob and cottage cheese. Wasn't in the mood for the porkchops. Today's eating is going good. I have about 700 calories to use for the rest of the day. I'm sure I can get close to that. I've only eaten 873 calories.

I've cleaned the computer room and some of the living room. Need to finish that and sweep, then I'll have 2 rooms done. Only 3 to go (Ash's room, bathroom, kitchen). I'll get close if not all done today. There's always tomorrow..lol.

As far as your weight. that was water girl, just stick to good eating the next couple days and it'll go right away, you might even be down some more after it.

Ended up getting Ash's room swept and picked up. 3 down, 2 to go. I did the dishes and made supper. Jambalya..yum yum. Now I'm typing a paper for the neighbor boy. I started last night. Hopefully it won't take very long to type, maybe 3 or 4 weeks at the most. He's writing a book and he can't type. I don't know all the details about it, so it's no use asking me what it's about and yada yada yada.

Oh yea, I didn't do my workout tape because I had a headache and wasn't in the mood to jump around. Oh well, there's always Thursday.
 
We sat outside last night way too late and Greene and I didn't want to get up. Damn water weight. I hate this. Oh well, back to 179 again. Wish it would make up its mind what it wants to do.

Food:

Breakfast - 3 eggs(225), milk(120), string cheese(70) = 415

Lunch - 1/2 pita(100), .5 chx salad(198), 1tbsp mayo(50), 21 pretzels(110) = 458

Snack - protein bar = 250

Supper - cup rice(130), 2oz smoked turkey sausage(70), 3/4 cup veg(30) = 230

Snack - protein bar = 250

Total - 1603

Little over, maybe next time I'll have a protein bar w/less calories. That's ok, need to mix it up a bit, keep my body guessing about calories intake.

I decided to up my Lat Pull Down from 27lbs to 46lbs. It was shock because I was used to the low weight, but I feel ok. I think Friday, I might up my Arm Press weight.

Your day sounds alot like mine yesterday. All I did was clean and today's schedule looks the same. Try not to focus so much on the scale. Your diet/exercise looks good and I would expect you to make progress. Daily weight fluctuations are never that accurate as a measure of fat loss. Hang in there.
 
Good job increasing that weight! Keep it up.
Judging by your clothes is much less stessful than the scale...and it's a more accurate judge of progresws anyway.

Today was laundry day. I did three loads and took them over to the apt because it has rained the past 2 days, to dry them. The last load is over there now. I'll get them in the morning.

Tomorrow I'll do the bathroom and kitchen. They won't take that long to do.

The protein bars I'm eating are called "Cliff Energy Bar". This particular one is Crunchy Peanut Butter, made with organic oats and soybean. I don't know where to find them, but I'll defintely get some more when they are gone and I never thought I would like organic.

It's the battle of the water again. I'm beginning to think I'm only going to do this once a week, but I'm just so curious in the mornings. What's that old saying, "Curosity killed the cat." I need a better plan. I don't actually take what the scale says seriously, I swear I don't. UGH!

Lunch - cup rice(150), 2z sausage(70), 21 pretzels(110) = 330

Snack - cliff energy protein bar = 250

Supper - cup chx terrayki(300), potato(150), .5 tbsp butter(30) = 480

Snack - Luna protein bar(180), milk(120) = 320

Seems like after lunch I'm eating every 2 hrs, but I need to start eating more calories for breakfast and stepping down from there.
 
Yesterday was a stressful day and I really didn't eat much until supper. I had 2 cups of coffee, 2 cokes, south beach diet meal replacement bar, nutter butter bar and pack of smokes. Supper consisted of 2 helpings of hamburger helper, vegetables and bread/butter. Today when I weighed myself, it was back to 179. I'm surprised I didn't gain more than that.
