Ugh I've got to focus this week. My scale did say 259 on saturday but since then it's gone back up into the 260's. I've quit drinking soda again. Now I have to run every day and cut back on the bad stuff! Gonna keep up the challenge...

Jpass - well done for getting back on track.
I have had a bad day today as well, hardly any exercise, and 2100 calories of food. I need to go and do my exercise now, but I don't think the scales will be down at the end of the week for me. I might have to get back on track quickly like you and work REALLY hard until Sunday weigh in.
 
I'm up to running about 40-45 minutes every day. Since my pace is usually a little over a 10 minute mile pace I'd like to think that I do from 4.5 to 5 miles a day. I'm trying to cut back the calories a bit this week and see if I see a bigger drop. Hopefully I can make up for last week!

well done Kgirl and ritagurl - maybe we should make this the september 3lbs a week challenge just for you!

I went swimming for 2 hours today. It kick starts my weight loss pretty well - 1400 calories of exercise in one morning! My scales showed no change this afternoon, but it might just be water weight because my measurements have gone down. Weigh in tomorrow :fingerscrossed:

09 Sept= 161.5 (73.4kg)(-3.5 whoo hoo!!!)
16 Sept= 155.8 (70.8kg) (-5.7 this week)

I am so disappointed that I didn't lose this week - I worked soooooooo hard. I hope it's just water weight because I had a lot to drink last night. I had a hangover and skipped breakfast and then because I was tired and hungry I ate all afternoon. I thought 'why bother' when all my hard work did nothing. This was silly and I'm jumping straight back on track and hopefully I'll show a loss next week!
 
I'm sure you will show a loss next week. I'm sure it was the drinks (water weight). You have already lost alot this month and should feel proud about that. From what I have read many people see an increase of a few pounds the day after drinking, but it goes down in a few days. Just think of it this way. Any weight lost last week that was camouflaged by water weight will just make this week so much better, because when you weight yourself you will see both weeks in one shot.

Anewme - you are doing so well. Congrats on the loss.

I couldn't resist buying some jeans today - it's my goal weight loss present...but these were on sale and they look great. I bought some white ones and some normal ones. My goal for next month is for them to be loose (they're very snug at the moment!)

Wow, there's only 4 days until my weigh in and the end of the month - work hard for the last 4 days people!
