My weigh in isn't until tomorrow, I think I've lost weight only over the past couple of days (you lose fast if you put it on fast).
Today I walked to the pool (1/2hr), swam laps for 2 hours, then walked home via the sushi shop! I just finished cleaning my house, and now I will do some cardio after a cup of tea.
I've only got a week holidays so I want to get the exam gain off before I go back to university.
