I lost a little less than 5 lbs on last month's challenge, so let's see what I can do this month. :D

My august one wasn't as sucessful as I would like it to be, so hopefully september is a better month for me.

Start Weight = 199.5 (9/3)
11 Sept= 194 (I haven't weight lifted in a week and a half though, I hope its not muscle mass...I will definitely weight lift today :()

September Challenge

I'm 3 days late, but I'm up for the challenge still - exams finish on friday and I am going to work SOOOO hard this month because I've put a bit on over exam time.

The challenges for this month are:
- my daughter's birthday, and the other 9 babies from mother's group
- end of exam parties
- my partner's parents' birthdays

My goal for the month is 200-205. If the 2.5 weight gain is water weight then I think if i push hard enough I can make it to 200..that would be awesome!

september challenge

Ok, so what's everybody up to so far? I have put on 3kg over exam time!! I'll need to work VERY hard starting tomorrow. I bought some scales and put them in my pantry today, so that I'll weigh myself when i go in there to get food.

I'm going on a detox tomorrow because I've been eating too much junk. Also, I will start my exercise and this weight will fall off!! lol, (fingers crossed)
 
Done my exercise today and ate well, I've only got 2 more days until weigh in. To be honest, I don't think I can lose 1kg in 2 days, but I'll work hard until then!

Exercise:
- Walked carrying my daughter up hill on the way home
- 1/2hr weight training
- 45min salsa DVD
- 1/2 hr yoga

Exams are over and I'm going to lose 2lbs a week in september for sure!

wow, everyone is off to a good start! Well done people!

My weigh in isn't until tomorrow, I think I've lost weight only over the past couple of days (you lose fast if you put it on fast).

Today I walked to the pool (1/2hr), swam laps for 2 hours, then walked home via the sushi shop! I just finished cleaning my house, and now I will do some cardio after a cup of tea.

I've only got a week holidays so I want to get the exam gain off before I go back to university.
 
I really enjoy these monthly challenges. I am hoping for another successfull month:

13 Sept= 350 (-5.6)
20 Sept= 351 (+1)
27 Sept= 347.2 (-3.8)

Well, not what I hoped I would do, but I will take it. I'll be on the lookout for the October group.
