28 Sept=264- Thanks for all the motivators!

Finish Weight = 264
Total Lost in September=5

I am finally down to less than a hundred to go! Thanks to everyone for the comments when I was down. I turn 26 in October so I want to give me a present of 10 lbs loss. I know I can do it!

07 Sept= 172 (pretty stoked considering i joined the challenge 3 days late)
14 Sept= 171
21 Sept= 170...boo.
28 Sept= 169

total lost in september: 6 pounds
 
Start Weight on August 31: 222.8
07 Sept=223.0 (+0.2)
14 Sept=223.0 (nothing lost nor gained.)
21 Sept= Did not weigh in, due to sickness
28 Sept=220.4 (-2.6)

Finish Weight =220.4
Total Lost in September=2.4 lbs.

Grrrr. September was a really rough weight loss month.

Everyone has done really well, even if it was a small loss, it was still a loss.

My weigh in is tomorrow. I had a very big night last night so I'm not expecting anything amazing on the scales!

:jump:Hooray!! i'm now 69.5kg! That's 153 pounds!

Start Weight = 165 (75kg)- i've put ON weight over the last week!
09 Sept= 161.5 (73.4kg)(-3.5 whoo hoo!!!)
16 Sept= 155.8 (70.8kg) (-5.7 this week)
23 Sept= 155.8 (70.8kg) (none!)
30 Sept= 153 (69.5kg) (-2.6)

Total so far: 11.8lbs (5.3kg)

I've definitely done my 2lbs per week challenge!!

07 Sept= 72kg(-1kg thank God)
14 Sept= 72kg(nothing lost or gain)
21 Sept= 71kg(-1kg ,i want to be in 60s at the end of september,plz God)
28 Sept= 70.5(-0.5kg)

Finish Weight =70.5kg
Total Lost in September=2.5kg

Start Weight = 161.5
07 Sept= 161.0 ( - 0.5 ) Only a half pound but I guess thats something.
14 Sept= Missed due to family issues
21 Sept= 163 (+2.0; I'm still determined to get into the 150's by the end of the month)
28 Sept= 158 (-5.0!) Got back to my exercise routine and those pounds I gained back feel right off. In to the 150's! 140's here I come!:jump:

Finish Weight = 158
Total Lost in September= 3.5 Not what I hoped for but I met one of my goals anyway.
