fidens - that's a great jump in fitness. That makes me wonder that maybe I can still enter a 10k race next month if I start training now!
 
Fast loosing weight

Hello, i would like to loose nearly 6 lb in short time because i want to
participate in a celebration and i want to be fit. All the summer i didn't make any progress. I am at 134,5 pounds now. I stopped going to the gym during summer and now i feel a little bit stressed to start it again.

im in, i need lots of motivation and encouragement at the moment.im only a lb or so away from being a healthy weight and about 14 from my goal and im finding it really hard. if i can lose about 7lbs this month i will be really chuffed. slim

09 Sept= 132.6lbs (-1lb)weighed in late, but some progress at last
16 Sept=132lbs (-0.6 lbs) ive been a very baad girl,but somehow the scales are showing a small loss.i think cos im so near my goal and my weightloss has slowed drastically, im getting fed up. plus my gallstones have been playing up big time -my fault i know.
