I agree with Margaret, Wulsk. Go with Thursday's weight if Friday's is higher. If not for yourself, then do it for your team. :hurray:
 
hello RED LADIES :hurray:

I am thinking *thinning* thoughts for us all as we hop on the evil machine, I mean scale :blush5: today LOL!

Well I am the same today but am still happy with that, next week might be very difficult for me because it will be that TOM--ugh. I will try to power through it with excercise and cut back my salt to make up for it.

I definately dont think we are getting eliminated this week so I'm not worried about that!!!:biggrinjester: we all got all our points AND had some great losses! YAHOO

ok ladies thinking of you, bottoms up drink your water even if you feel like you will :puke: he he he no worries here I am a water freak and drink nothing but that all day long, I easily drink 256 oz on a regular basis :willy_nilly: so here's to :cheers2: but with water :hurray:
 
We are all lookin great :D:D:D!!!I am down 5 lbs...I should have been down more but I had chicken noodle soup with crackers and some popcorn before bed.So im assuming that was some added sodium I didnt need, oh well.LOL, Im still weightin in at 5 lbs down!!!Im thinkin and hopin we are safe this time around:D:D:D!!!

Well done. I hope that we all survive. We deserve to.

My weight is the same as yesterday - but I cannot complain too much - it is the lowest that I have been in twenty years.

I normally drink 2 litres of water a day. I fill up a 2 litre bottle from the tap at night and put it in the fridge and work my way through it the next day. I did my sums and saw that 2.5 litres more than covers me for the challenge. I got a half litre bottle and filled it from my spare bottle. All I have to do each day this week is work my way through the big bottle and the little bottle. I do not anticipate any problems.

I have had a busy day from an exercise perspective. My 5 hours of exercise should be complete on Saturday. I finished my half litre bottle during my morning keep fit class.
 
YEAH CINDERELLY!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, I know you were fearing because you had a slow start but look at you now!!
 
Hey girlies!! How's everyone doing today? I'm down a pound - woohoo! Only five pounds away from ONE-derland! I can't even begin to explain how excited I am.

I'm excited about this week's bonus as well - its always been easy for me in the water department.

Well, I hope everyone is doing well - Here's to a great 4th week!
 
missblonde4878 - well done on the pound down. You will love ONEderland. I promise you. And you are so near. Just keep focused and you will be there before you know it.

Wulsk - I am pleased that you followed the advice. I would so hate us to lose people.

Xorie - I am hoping that you are not having computer problems. You havent updated your data sheet yet. I know that you said a couple of days ago that you had completed your 300 minutes of exercise. I just hope that you get it entered on the form in time because I think that is the only thing that Kimberly (BikiniBound) normally goes by.
 
ladies I think we are doing excellent ), no worries, I am sure Xorie will update soon, there is still 5 hours, I bet she's just getting home from work late. PS I spyed on the other teams (it looks like we are the only team wehre eveyrone got in all excercise points) and I think we for sure beat black team but I'm not so sure about the blue team--they had someone loose 10lbs--wow!
 
Xorie still hasn't checked in. She has 30 min left. If she does, I am pretty confident that Red Team will win. I wish I could count her exercise pts without her weigh in, but I can't. That's the rule. :(

Congrats everyone - we rocked!!! Even with my big loss im still trailing behind in points - damn it...why are mine always so low??? Oh wll...Im not gone yet and dont plan on being next week either...

Thank god we won...or I would have been booted - lets keep up with our exercise and get all our water down so we win again this week - if we lose Im out :(:(:(My points are the lowest...I never have an issue with exercise and water is no problem for me...

Lets do this team!!!

..... and I am checking at 6.35a.m. UK time because I was lying in bed and couldnt help but worry as to whether we had got the points and all survived.

Keep drinking the water and getting the exercise and we will all survive again.

It would be a really great idea if we all updated the scoresheet as we went and if people have any weight for themselves this next Thursday - they put that on the scoresheet too. That way - if an emergency happened on Friday - the team would get the points recorded so far. They may not be optimal (but they can still be edited again on Friday to optimal values) - but they might be enough to save three of us from being eliminated.
 
Omega-I agree I have been updating my points on thursday and keeping tabs in my diary each day.

CONGRATULATIONS LADIES!!! WE have made our comeback!! Oh YEAH!! I knew we had it in us!! I was actually hoping that the challenge would be a bit harder this week to really make the last week a team challenge but since its not there is NO reason not to get points which I am sure we all will AND like Cinderelly said we have to focus on the excercise and or eating! I am up at 6:30am (on a saturday) and am off to bosu again and have to run 3 miles afterward per my training schedule but I really love the bosu and dont want to give it up as I am already seeing results soooo I will be really sore again tomorrow--luckily my 'rest' day.

That being said I dont want to muddy up the mood here but you all gave me great advice last time so if you have time to read my diary I could use some more.
 
Well my week 4 exercise is now complete and has been entered on the scoresheet.

Friday gave me 4 hours of exercise:
a 1 hour keep fit class (mainly aerobics)
two walks which lasted over three hours between them distance 12.98 miles recorded on my pedometer

Saturday gave me 3 hours of exercise:
a 1 hour body jam class
a walk which lasted over two hours distance 8.13 miles on my pedometer

The water is going well. Friday's is done and entered on the scoresheet.

Omega, I also did check first thing in the morning! I promise to fill in my data next week on Thursday in case of emergencies! You are a real treasure for the team, espcially completing all the exercises on Saturday! :eek:

Mom, well done for your Bosu classes, I still don't have the confidence to attend any classes! Maybe someday soon!

This week's challenge is not a very easy one for me. I tend to leave my water for the evening and then it interrupts my sleep which is really annoying. I will try to have it more towards the first part of the day and I am getting all my bonus points for sure + 300 min. (unless something really unexpected happens, touch wood)...
