That is great!Just wanted to share. I got a new low today of 213.4. I'm very happy about it.
I also saw 223 on the scale this morning but I am not counting that as a real number...
It is the first time I saw that number in the morning, not after a workout...

More surprised someone remembers my words...
I don't count it because it is not my usual weigh in day. I honestly bumped into the scale today at 3am and decided to wiegh myself for the forst time since monday and saw that number.

We are the birthplace of the harvester though.
