A question to the measurers... how often do you measure? It seems like the measurements would move much slower than the scale. Would you see weekly changes? Bi-weekly? Monthly?

I measured a week and change ago, but I haven't since. I figure I'd go with once per month.

I have been doing weekly but could probably go to every two weeks. You would see more of a change that way.

I am going with every 2 weeks.
It seems like a nice round figure that should yield a change.
I should be measuring myself soon I think....

I think once I get the courage to measure me, I may go with every two weeks. If I am not seeing a big change I'll go with once a month. I put on a suit jacket this morning that used to be snug when I buttoned it so I would just leave it open. It buttoned today. :D Not a real big deal, but I'm happy with it.

Don't belittle clothes fitting.
It is a big deal- for me at least- when something that never fit does. Gets me through those cold nights when the scale isn't moving....

Well, slightly over half a pound is a bit disheartening after last week's lovely loss, but I won't complain. At least I am down and not the same, or worse - up. My May goal is 10 pounds. I have about half of that under my belt. I have two weeks left to hit - or exceed - my goal. Not losing ten pounds is not an option so I need to get busy. :D
 
Don't sweat it, Angela. It's Friday and I'm down a whole 0.5 lbs so far this week. I've got three days to knock some more of that off. The May goal for me is to hit 190 lbs.

I guess we really are in the same boat this week, lol. You'll hit 190 by the end of May. I have faith in you. :)
