Very suprosied to have lost anything at all, had a tough week with exams on the horizon (worst one is today EEEKKKK!!) so, will be back on the wagon bigtime this week.

grrr... I keep going back and forth and fluxuating around 152ish... I need to kick my diet and exercise in high gear!!!!
 
I have weighed steady all week, slowly going down but steady. then suddenly today i weigh 3 lb heavier.
I think ill stick with the steady weight ive had all week - its probably just water and food (i had a fairly larger dinner last night).

13 May=247 (not as good as I had hoped, but not bad)
18 May= 243 (a 4 pound week! Back on track after being sick)
25 May= 241 (but 240 tomorrow I am sure!)

+4, completely my fault. I think I'm starting the Sacred Heart Diet to get back on track Monday. Hopefully it works.

3rd may = 167 lbs (-1.2, yeh less than 12 stone)
10th may = 165(- 2lbs) scale did go down to 164 in the week. must be h2o retention or summat cos i havnt had a bad day at all
17th may =162.6 (- 2.4)

31st may =

only 4lbs till im no longer obese :jump: and into the overweight zone. slim
 
awesome accomplishment that will be - I'm looking forward to the day when I can say i'm overweight :) it's the little things ya know :)

4 more pounds is just so close that's wicked exciting :D
 
cheers maleficent, you have lost an amazing amount of weight. i agree its exciting. i think its reaching these mini goals and targets that keep us going through what can be a long journey to a healthier individual.
its not a pretty sight, me doing a little dance naked on the scales after i reach one of these goals :rotflmao: slim
